Best (most positive) dentist visit I've ever had! Grafton Dental have the nicest and most caring customer service I've ever encountered in a practice! Thank you so much Shelley and team! And Dr Ahmad Mustafa has been the first dentist that spent time explaining things to me, gave me several options, and genuinely looked after my wellbeing. Would highly recommend! I had a hygiene appointment with Storme, who was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and friendly, and I was really happy with the careful but comprehensive treatment I received. The clinic is welcoming and modern, and Shelley on reception was lovely too - I'm sure that even those who are a little apprehensive about visiting the dentist would be made to feel at ease. It's quick and easy to view availability and book online, and the prices seem very reasonable compared to other dentists nearby. Well worth it in my experience!

I chose Grafton Dental after seeing the outstanding reviews, and my experience completely lived up to the consistent 5 star ratings. From my consult with Dr. Ahmad, through to shuffling my wisdom teeth appointment at last minute, the procedure and follow up with Dr. Ahmad and Dr. Manish I cannot fault a thing. The whole team is so caring, patient and thorough. I was so nervous about having my teeth out and it was all over so quickly that I didn't even realise they were out - amazing! I've been to this dentist a few time and highly recommend. Dr Vaibhav is amazing. He is always so kind and professional, making you instantly feel comfortable. Best experience I've had! V and the team are very professional and makes you feel welcomed and at ease. The equipment are new and state of the art; you can even enjoy the TV while in the chair instead of staring at the ceiling! Plenty of easy to access parking and a central location. Would definitely recommend anyone to come give them a try

Grafton dental are a superb dentist that shine professionalism and care throughout their practice. From when you walk in, are greeted by the lovely receptionists and Dr V's great care for his patients. Being from the UK the dentist prices are generally cheaper than that of New Zealand but I am more that happy to part ways with my cash for the work that gets done at this practice. The day after the procedure I got a phone call from the receptionist to see how the procedure went which I thought was great. A+ for customer service! Thanks again all at Grafton dentist for making my visit to the dentist a happy and memorable one and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Best tooth extraction experience ever at the age of 36 with Dr Ahmad. Dr Ahmad has completely erased my bad memories about my previous dental experience. Being super gentle, caring, instructive, calm and empathetic, my last wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Ahmad yesterday was an amazing experience. I felt no pain at all during the whole process and even after 1 day of the extraction. So grateful to Dr Ahmad and the whole team at Grafton Dental!

After 12yrs of not seeing a dentist, due to being absolutely terrified, I met the lovely Dr V and his team. He was was kind, gentle and cared about ME. We talked about my concerns and then the appointment was made. I turned up and this was the best decision I had made in a very long time. Dr V and his team were amazing. Dr.V and Megan are wonderful! Quite frankly I get easily nervous when I visit dentist, but this place felt comfortable. Everyone was nice and supportive. I had to extract a wisdom tooth but treatment was fast and easy. Recovering fast at the moment as well. Really recommend this place if you're looking for a dentist in the long term :D

Grafton Dental is by far the best dentist I have had since coming to New Zealand over 10 years ago. For over 20 years I had great dentistry care in the USA. Coming over to NZ I was worried about finding a dentist and struggled for a few years till I came upon Dr Vaibhav and now Grafton Dental. Grafton Dental has a professional, modern and very well kept feel to it. The staff is super friendly, helpful and always have such a positive and upbeat attitude. The best part of course is the dentistry that is practiced here. Dr Vaibhav is top notch and cares about his patients and the treatment given. I have always felt very secure in knowing that he and those at Grafton Dental practice dentistry that is based on only treating those issues that need to be taken care of and keeping on top of other issues that might come up. Additionally, they are very fairly priced as the patient is their main concern and they charge a fair price for high quality work. And as an added bonus for an eco-conscious consumer I was thrilled to learn I can bring in my toothpaste tubes, toothbrushes, etc. as they participate in a program that recycles these dental items. I sincerely believe anyone would be hard pressed to find a better dentist office in Auckland or in New Zealand. Thank you Dr V and Grafton Dental!

Had unpleasant experience on my very first appointment at Grafton Dental a couple of months back but decided to give them a second chance and I must say im very pleased with service from Storme Joseph today. she was very professional and well prepared for my appointment. the whole session was painless I will come back to see you again in the future. thanks for your excellence service.

Beautiful practice and Dr V. was awesome. Very transparent & welcoming. During my procedure he kept me updated the whole time and was very gentle. Pricing was great as well. Final found my go to dentist! 11/10 experience.

Returning home after living abroad for many years I needed to find a dentist, as a very nervous patient I searched Google for dentists with 5 star ratings and Grafton Dental did not disappoint! I don’t even have the words, I was so nervous and the entire team were just so lovely, they made sure I was comfortable the entire time, pricing was transparent (one of the few places to have a price list online) and all options were discussed before we proceeded, it was super efficient and painless, they make you actually want to go to the dentist! I know, weird. I can’t recommend Grafton Dental enough!!

Really great service throughout. I am from the UK and was a bit worried about using the dental service here as I have heard some mixed reviews. I emailed with a question which they answered promptly and were able to arrange an appointment quickly. The practice is proffessional looking and clean. The team were very helpful and friendly, I arrived early and was seen early. They made me feel at ease. I appreciated being shown my x-rays and pictures. Follow up phone call was a nice touch and since then I have needed to obtain some extra information from them which they have been very quick to provide. Overall a fantastic service, excellent value for money, I will definately use them again if needed and will recommend to friends.
