I went here for a root canal treatment today. I’ve had root canals before so I knew what to expect but since this was my first time at this practice I went in without expectations. I was blown away by the awesome service! The receptionist was very polite and professional. Booking my appointment was easy and she gave clear instructions. Very welcoming. Dr Hassan Mohamed Ahmed treated me. He was thorough, patient, gentle and professional. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into anything like most of the other dental clinics I’ve been to. He asked me what I came in for and he treated it. Since I’ve had root canals before, I had expected a fair amount of pain but I can happily say that the procedure was 99% painless! I felt taken care of, safe and comfortable. Very pleased with everything. They also have some pretty awesome payment options including After pay. I highly recommend Maxcare and Dr Ahmed! I will be going back there for all my dental needs.

Best customer care service from the team and Dentist. Rang on a Friday afternoon and was seen the next morning. A caring, supportive team, am very appreciative. I initially went to Maxcare Dental firstly because they offer different payment methods (we all know dental work can be pricey!) which meant I wasnt forking out the full cost on each visit and can pay it off instead. I had Dr. Tazeen Khan and she was/is amazing. She talked me through everything, and my experience was excellent, so quick and painless. I've had so far 2 procedures (1 root canal and 1 wisdom extraction) with her and have already made plans to continue more treatments with her. Highly recommend this clinic!

Dentist appointments can be scary, not here. From the time I called them to the final appointment, everyone one of them held a high standard for service. Up in Auckland from Hastings, with a family medical issue at starship hospital 💫 Explained I had pain in one tooth, booked online really easy. Came in filled out the covid screening form and had two teeth removed, the dentist was very knowledgeable and explained possible treatments, due to family circumstance went with the removal of two teeth at a fair price. Would definitely return here and would recommend.

Have visited this dentist a few times now for different reasons and I'm very impressed with the quality and service I receive here. Very genuine, honest and professional. The Dr. who is looking after you takes time to explain everything and makes you feel comfortable through the whole process. The Receptions are lovely too! All of this for a very affordable rate. My daughter recommended their service, originally I wanted to get other quotes because I knew the bill was going to be expensive however after my initial consultation with the Dentist I was comfortable enough to return and get my extractions done. My experience upon arrival to post procedure I left feeling pain free and happy with the service delivery. The receptionist did everything right to be safe with the 2m distancing and checking my temperature with scanner. I do recommend their service and very grateful to the team.

Fantastic. I went for wisdom tooth extraction and everything went well. The receptionist was friendly, there was no wait time, and the dentist made me feel easy, took time to explain everything I asked before and after the extraction, and allowed my family member in the extraction room to take pictures. Great experience overall. It's been over two weeks now and I've absolutely nothing to complain about. I'd recommend it to my whanau and friends without hesitation.

Excellent service from MaxCare, the female Dr Kaur was a very experienced dentist. I went today Tue Dec 7 ,2021 for my very first appointment I didn’t expect I will be getting treatment just consultation, but dr Kaur didn’t wait for another appointment and started working on my tooth. It was a very very good experience, Dr Kaur was very knowledgeable, good price too, all I am doing is waiting for 2nd appointment and will be my last one to complete it. My dentist is very friendly! He outlined the work that needed to be done, the different options available and prices, and then went to work. I would have liked to have more dialogue during the appointment (saying what he's doing and why etc) but overall it was a very thorough job and I was pleased with the experience! Had to get an wisdom tooth extracted at Level 3 lockdown 2 weeks ago which got me paranoid before going in - hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years whoops. The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. Their COVID safety processes were simple to follow and it was comforting knowing they were taking all protective measures to ensure safety. Dr. Tazeen Khan and the dental assistant helping were super calming, knowledgeable and always asked me if I was okay throughout the whole procedure. Returning to get my remaining three wisdom teeth out - 10/10 would recommend!!

Been 30 years since I last went to a dentist, Awesome team, from the start when I arrived, Dr Arwani, u the man knew what work that needed to be done, explained everything then worked out my pricing plan, affordable for my kind of budget, and explained that I can get work done to my teeth in parts which was even better. Wasn’t gonna go back to a dentist after my bad experience the day before, at another dentist I won’t mention their name cause I’m not a evil person 😂, basically gave me no options, all bottom teeth need to come out, priced me $3280.00 when I asked do I have any other options said no that’s your only option, and honestly then said would you be paying by eftpos or use one of our payment options. Anyway totally different to Dr Arwani who gave me 3 options and best package plan that was right for my budget and explained pro and cons. Thank you Maxcare Dental team and Dr Arwani, looking forward to work been done next week, would highly recommend for friends and family great place great service great team, keep up the awesome work guys…..

Let me start with how i came to find Maxcare Dental in the first place. I googled "cheapest and affordable dental care in Auckland" And there came up many but i picked 3 clinics. Looked each for prices and went through their reviews and guess what?? Maxcare had the bestest & nicest google reviews and that hooked me up to book an appointment and offcourse to go for the FREE exam dental care to see what my treatment plan and prices will be like. So i did that free exam with Dr Kaur and i loved how she made me feel so comfortable (as I was shy) and not judged by how bad my teeth were (unlike other dentist i have been before they gave me the stare that made me so embarrassed) That was the first ✅ with my experience with Maxcare - Dr Kaur was kind and gentle with my exam, staff so nice and friendly, very welcoming. Gave a treatment plan and I was happy with it, price was ✅, cheaper and affordable than the others. Got home and got some questions for Dr Kaur. Emailed them that i wanted to speak to the Dr and Anna replied the next min saying Dr will call after seeing her patient. And Dr did just that. Customer service was also a ✅ very fast and attentive. Went back in that same day to start my filling with Dr Kaur and i was amazed by how she turned my ugly tooth to like a shine and brand new one. I was soooooo happy! next 2 days i will be picking up my plate that left to repair and i already can't wait to bring back my smile😊 What I am trying to say is that all the reviews are true about Maxcare Dental✅ highly recommend! It was a mission for me to find a dentist on a Sunday morning I was turned away by some many dentists in Auckland but Maxcare Dental Otahuhu were nothing but amazing! July 2021 Another visit to my dentist Mohammed after breaking a tooth. I was very lucky to get in quickly. He's an excellent dentist and very careful and considerate as I'm a very nervous patient having experienced dental trauma many years ago. He always does a fantastic job. 2019 Had a front tooth extracted today. I'm a very nervous patient, but the dentist kept filling me in with what was happening to reassure me. It's all gone well and am so glad I got my false tooth sorted before it was pulled. I highly recommend Mohammed and all the staff. Thank you for being so caring. I felt very well looked after.

I went to the max care all frightened but was assured it will be painless. When I went there I was blown away by the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff . I have changed my dentist to max care because they treated me so well and informed the procedure every step of the way. She was young beautiful and yet so knowledgeable . I completely trust her. The receptionist and the assistant nurse too were so Curtiss and friendly . They really know their stuff and work as a team . The place is clean, location is easy accessible and open 7 days . My dentist Dr Tazeen Khan is fabulous I love her and the way she is so friendly and professional. I highly recommend her and Maxcare Dental especially if you are a first time or haven't been in a long time to the dentist they will look after you. I have had 2 wonderful experiences with the team at Maxcare Dental and usually a dental visit is anything but a wonderful experience. From the service at the reception desk to the dental assistant and dentist the environment was warm and the appointment informative. After consulting multiple orthodontists, I decided to go ahead with Maxcare Dental. They were very reasonably priced, very close to my work and home and also open during weekends and not overly busy. I had my wedding planned for end of the year and all other orthodontists I consulted told me that they cant fix it within a year time but Dr Ramneek Kaur told me that she can do it. She booked me for adjustments every 2-3 weeks and I was off braces within 10 months with amazingly straight teeth. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from her, have exceeded my expectation in everyway. The staff is very friendly as well.

Max Dental Care is outstanding in customer care, service, dental care, just everything! I can only highly recommend Max Dental Care. I am so glad I found this dental clinic. I first went there for a dental clean, I have hyper sensistive teeth and got given a local anesthetic without additional charge. Also, a problem was discovered with one of my older crowns, which was overlooked by another dentist. I could get not only my dental clean done, but also got the old crown removed, underlying problems addressed and a temporary crown fitted all on the same day! I have very high expectations when it comes to dental care as I am from Germany and used to exceptional dental service. It is a big part of our culture to have ones teeth in the best possible condition as our health system encourages and rewards regular checkups & treatments. After years of running from one dentist to the next here in NZ, I couldn't be happier. As soon as you enter Max Dental Care, you feel as you'd enter a serene heaven. Gentle, sophisicated & soothing quiet music is playing, no loud radio blaring, no annoying tv shows, what a pleasant experience. The lovely receptionist will do anything she can to accommodate the patient's wishes and concerns, she even advises on the best parking spot to avoid a fine should the consultation take longer than expected. First experience at the clinic. Staff was friendly knowledgeable. Dr Hassan listened to my problems and quickly diagnosed the issue. We have made a plan going forward. 30/6/20 Second visit for fillings was in the seat for about 1 hour. Whole process was explained and went to plan. Dr Hassan and his assistant keep me comfortable and suction was on point. So I’m confident that from now on it’s just 6 monthly check ups.

The dental Clínic is outstanding with also excellent professional staff. I have been attended in 4 different Clinics before coming to this one and for sure this is the best. For those who fear going to the dentists my last 2 fillings I had here I suggested not to use anesthesia and I didn't feel any pain at all. They are really careful and have wonderful hands. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The dentist was very professional and gave us great advise concerning care needed and after care. Dr Tazeen Khan, was very professional and so kind and thoughtful right from the start, I was super nervous in seeing a Dentist. I wanted to see a female Dentist, she put my worries at ease, cared about my feelings, she worked without any breaks and always che led to see how I was feeling. Had the horrifying experience of my front tooth just breaking completely off, I went to another dentist who quoted me $6000 for an implant..but he couldn't offer me any temporary replacement... there's no way I was walking around with no tooth for a week, googled implants and maxcare popped up with a deal of $3995. I called them they saw me straight away, I was given options but all came with the promise they could fix a temporary tooth.. they were friendly and really seemed to care..I walked out with my smile and dignity intact and will be back soon to get the implant.. couldn't recommend them more highly..great service.. amazing price
