The team at North Shore Dental were very friendly and helpful when I visited their clinic recently. As a first time client, I was gifted a pack with a number of dental items, which was a very nice touch! Their hygienist, Claire Henderson, was fantastic to deal with - very informative and thorough, and very caring throughout my appointment. As a new client, and not having visited a dentist for a number of years, Claire treated me kindly and well, and was always mindful of my time in the chair! I would highly recommend North Shore Dental to any potential clients, and look forward to improving my dental care alongside Claire and the team in the coming years!

Even got those personal touches, like Dr Lovrich saw me in the waiting room when I was about to see the hygienist, and he asked how things were, and ended up doing a quick adjustment on the spot! Highly professional and thorough service. Dr Peter Kim took great care to make a detailed examination of my teeth including two different types of scan and digital photos, which he then showed me as he described specific problems and possible solutions. He then emailed me a detailed description and quote on the same day. Update: I have now had three tooth extractions and implants by Dr Kim. He has always taken great care to fully explain the treatment and has shown great attention to detail, making sure that the treatment is effective. I have been impressed by the rigour of the monitoring and patience he has shown in making sure I had a very good outcome, despite the challenges of my teeth's original condition.

I needed a crown made for a damaged tooth and Peter Kim from North Shore Dental was both friendly and professional in how he treated me. The staff in the dentist were friendly and knowledgeable and made you feel at home. Peter took several photos of the damaged area and showed me where the problem was and gave me alternatives to how they could be fixed at different costs. I did not feel pressurized to take one treatment over another and was kept updated at all times. After each visit, there was a followup to check all was ok and the final result was very skillfully done, you can't tell what is tooth and what is the repair. I would highly recommend Peter and the team at North Shore Dental if you need any dental work undertaking.

Had a wee drama, knocked out a front tooth, or more exactly 1 of a 6 bridge porcelain set - ahhhh!!!! Within a couple of hours Mike had filed the gap with resin and within 2 weeks he has removed all the old set (not great fun but he's an expert with the numbing needle) and replaced with a new 6 set of Zirconia (near unbreakable) great looking replacements. TBH I really hate going to the Dentist but Mike and all the team do their best to make it as easy as possible.

Having been a customer of North Shore Dental for 15 years I can confidently say this is the most professional and competent dental clinic I've experienced. Not only have I received value for money and been happy with the results, but their customer service is second to none. My car broke down on the way to an appointment and they graciously rebooked me the next week, then I was late because of traffic and they still managed to fit me in later that day while still being incredibly busy. I would gladly recommend North Shore Dental to anyone wanting any work done on their teeth. The friendliness and willingness to please to their customers is also impressive. I recommend this dental clinic to anyone who wants any orthodontic or dental work. Thank you.

11 year old Daniel required bottom braces in order to correct for a late tooth that had no space to grow out. Dr Michael Black was totally professional in his approach and explained the process in detail complete with images and how long the process was likely to take. Daniel's braces were inspected and adjusted by Dr Black every 4-6 weeks and I'm pleased to report this process completed as promised with a perfect result. Daniel has now had a second brace fitted in order to correct his bite and is progressing well. The reception is very well run by the frontline staff who administer appointments and reminders and the dental nurses are attentive and efficient. All in all I rate NorthShore dental highly and have complete confidence in Dr Black to deliver on his promises in his usual friendly manner.

I was extremely apprehensive of getting my wisdom teeth out but Dr Peter Kim was incredibly patient and understanding with me. He did such a great job, on a whole it was quick and painless (for the most part) and they are really affordable! The dental assistant and receptionist were also both very friendly and made me feel at ease. Peter even followed up with a text message the next day to check in, they really go above and beyond! I've been using North Shore Dental for my oral health for 10-years now. From the very first appointment I was impressed by the professionalism, expertise and care they provide. I see Suzannah and she does an amazing job. Her 'chairside' manner is calm and relaxing and she makes you feel like you're in safe hands. The work she does is to an incredibly high standard (I suspect she may be a perfectionist :-)) and I'm always fully informed and in agreement with any work being done. I can't recommend Suzannah or the practice highly enough!

I recently had to have a tooth removed at very short notice. It was a daunting prospect even for a grown man but the guys at North Shore Dental, particularly Mike and Anthony were amazing. They got me in twice in the same day, did the job with minimal fuss and stress and really made me feel at ease. They're awesome, I'd recommend them to anyone. My daughter also has her braces done with them and she loves it too.

Took my 92 year old mother to NS Dental in Browns Bay. Mum had a loose tooth that needed fairly urgent attention. She wasn't an existing patient but they managed to squeeze us in. The first appointment for an exam and the second for an extraction. Great care, attention and respect shown by all. Then they gave us a great price at the end. Very happy with these guys.

Chipped my front tooth and North Shore Dental fitted me in that week with an appointment to fix it. Dave did a lovely job, perfectly matched resin applied, so you can't even see where it starts and ends. Always experience first class service; friendly people, efficient arrangements, skilled technical and medical attention. But why does it cost so much? Nearly $300 dollars for the half hour to replace a filling. Compared to other medical services received this seems excessive. Pity! Nice people.

Has any one inflicted the bullying from Jennifer from there accounts department..it seems the employee of this is establishment hv had many complaints they think saying sorry ...seems to smooth it over with there clients..but it doesn't.. Bulling , scarasm is not ok in schools or in the work force...my daughter was extremely insulted by Jennifer and was crying...how many more clients hv to bullied before this person is reprimand

I've re-started my gmail account just to post this!!! The other day, i went in for a check up and examination and i was really, really nervous!!! But omgsh! These people are so friendly. The ladies at the reception desk all said Hi!!! I never get that authentic, genuine hi/hello before because I always think it's coz I'm brown and so many brown people give us a bad name so I'm used to holding back and putting up a wall. But this experience for me, I'll never forget. All the receptionists were so lovely and made my experience so comfortable and seeing Ana (i hope thats her name lol. Sorry I forgot) she was absolutely amazing! So passionate about her job and her assistant - she's amazing too and they both really cared for my teeth! I've had really bad experience which is why I didn't see any dentist for ages, but I'm so confident now because of these people!!! No wonder they have good reviews! I had no confidence in talking to people and smiling but now, I can't wait! I can't wait for my next appointment. I told my whole family and friends about them. Thank you North Shore Dental team!!! I love the more "natural" way Mike and his team work - changing the shape of a growing child's jaw, instead of pulling teeth (and no it's not any more painful than ordinary braces!) He delivered a great result for 2 of our children, after a bad experience at another orthodontist who practiced "serial extraction". No teeth pulled, despite my daughter having one growing behind another, my son's misaligned jaw moved - no surgery. Child #3 Mike told us not to bother, despite a dental nurse referral. Very happy. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Dr Anthony van der Steeg and his assistant for taken good care of me today. I always get quite anxious when i am in the dentist chair and so when i told Anthony he was very considerate about how i was feeling and helped me relax in offering me solutions, like headphones and a choice of artists to listen to, so i didn't hear the drill and also applied numbing cream to help me not feel the injection. He felt he was so caring and gentle that i did not feel any pain or discomfort. I felt the need to give this feedback as i like to give credit where it is necessary...... I wish I knew of them sooner.Before finding them I had been to many dentists with varying degrees of work done,mostly not so great.A family member recommended I try North Shore Dental.Im so happy I went there.All of the staff seem to care about their patients/clients and I have had fantastic work done on my teeth(minor and major) as well as great advice.I recommend you see them for any dental requirements you may have.
