A.Mo and his team at Shakespeare Orthodontics have been an absolute pleasure to engage with over the past 3 years. Mo, was very helpful, informative and caring when working alongside our daughter. Throughout the entire process, from being assessed, having her braces put on and all of the adjustment appointments thereafter, we were always well informed and taken care of. From the receptionist to the support staff, they have all been exceptional to deal with, always very accommodating and happy to see us! Our daughter has gone from a child who was being teased, and lacked self confidence, to a young woman with a beautiful smile, and full of confidence. We will be forever grateful for the exceptional work of Shakespeare Orthodontics.

A.My daughter has just finished 1, 1/2 year orthodontic treatment there. They have provided fully professional and honest service here. I don't regret for a moment not sending my daughter to my usual dentist as I believe the specialist orthodontist like Shakespeare Epsom has much better skill and knowledge for orthodontal care. It is wee bit more costly, but in the long run, they get the job done so well.

C.Got some braces done by these guys. They aighhtttt, they gave me Christmas colour bands on my braces :/.. All jokes aside they are an awesome team, really friendly and take good care of you. They don't just make a trip to the dentist, a trip to the dentist. The team bring a personal aspect, having good chats about more than just your teeth. But their main job is working on your teeth and they do a superb and professional job. Best dentist Ive had. To be honest, most dentists Ive been too, they always pretty depressing and serious (which I dislike). I seem to always walk out with a smile on my face.

L.We recently moved to Auckland from the US and needed to find an orthodontist very quickly to deal with some pain my daughter's plate (retainer) was causing. Our experience with Shakespeare Orthodontics Epsom was fantastic - from the office staff who helped us get in quickly by putting us on the waitlist to take someone's cancelled spot, to the doctor who came up with a sensible approach and didn't try to sell me something/make extra money, where he could have. We will definitely be back for our continuing orthodontic needs.

G.I’ve been seeing Dr Mo for my complicated case for few months already. Dr Mo gives thorough consultation, and gives me a great chance to really understand what is expected from getting the braces done. I have already got my braces on for couple of weeks and nothing is overwhelmingly hard to cope with as I have been informed fully with the plan in details, as well as what to expect at different stages. The staff at the clinic are so friendly and helpful, I have referred Dr Mo to some of my friends who are sitting on the fence for getting the braces themselves. Definitely will introduce to others as the services and care I have been receiving is so helpful for this long journey.
F.I first approached Shakespeare Orthodontics in Epsom in February time to enquire about Invisalign. Having had orthodontic work in the past (both as a teenager and an adult), I wasn't sure what my options were. But the team were fantastic! They took the time to explore all of my options, and they were clear, professional and friendly.
I am now part the way through my Invisalign treatment and I cannot thank the team enough. All of my appointments have been easy, professional and often fun! They have a great team at both the Epsom and Takapuna branches.

He takes the time to explain things in plain English and it is clear that he promotes the less invasive treatment route versus an over the top intervention plan that generates more revenue. The other most important aspect is that Mo connects well with the kids.

Not only did I decide to get mine done here but I got my son a matching pair! Inconspicuous, professional and completed under the timeframe I was given. These guys under promised the world and over delivered.
My teeth not only look fantastic, they have regained functionality. This place is the most pleasant, friendly (super funny) staffed, clean and with the latest in technology. They have mulitple locations which I breezed into either to suit my schedule.
It's become time for me to leave and refer forwards anyone and everyone without a doubt.
P.S. I'm so sad to leave, I'll consider a third time in the future :)
