Nothing against Dr Parkar, she did a good job with the tooth extraction and seems like a nice enough lady but when i first meet here for consultation and xray at Pt Chev dental, she told me it would be $350 (On the Monday). We had to re-book me at Stoddard dental as my swelling was too bad (re-booked in for the Friday). As i'm in the chair ready to get it pulled out, she told me it will be between $400-$450. at the end of the procedure she then said its $420. So all up it cost $525 (xray, consultation and extraction). Just didn't like how she makes up pricing as she goes and didn't stick to what she said at the Pt Chev branch. Yes i should of spoken up about the price, but i am a shy person when it comes to talking about money etc and just wanted the tooth pulled as i was in pain all that weekend. Would recommend getting quotation on paper before making appointments. Other than that, good job!

I went in to get my tooth extraction done here, i was charged $150 per tooth and had 3 back tooth's taken out at one time . So far they were the cheapest in town after calling other dentists.. Also I was prescribed antibiotics and very strong pain relief medication which made my recovery fast and very small amount of pain.. and the lady dentist who pull my tooth's out was awesome, she was a little lady and I didn't feel any tugging or pulling, i was shocked when she said they were all done.. very professional... Thank you so much for an awesome service..❤️❤️❤️

I took my son to see Beverley Tam and he was nervous, anxious and a bit scared, Dr Tam made my son comfortable and relaxed, she explained everything to him and he became calm, trusting and a willing patient, if you want “Gentle Dental “ Beverley Tam is the dentist you should see. Five gold stars.

Our experience at Stoddard Dental was awesome. The staff were helpful, friendly and responded to our questions promptly. A special mention about Joseph at reception who is extremely polite and witty whilst taking care of our queries with a smile always. Dr. Modi too is fantastic. Their service is so efficient and loving, I have not been properly treated and attended to by the previous dentists I've visited, but Dr Niki is different and excellent. I was booked with a Groupon voucher. The phone booking was pleasant. I arrived for my appointment quite early & was made very welcome. While I filled in my paperwork the 2 reception staff very politely & professionally addressed a walk-in customer who wanted them to tend to his teeth after he'd been to another dentist. They very clearly explained the company doesn't do free work & he left well informed. I was impressed by their courtesy & professionalism. My clean, scale & polish was amazing. I purchased a groupon voucher for a scale, clean and polish at $59. I was really impressed with the good value and the staff. They cleaned my teeth really well and were polite and professional. They were transparent about the service and the prices - my dentist recommended an x-ray and told me the price, but I declined until another time. I hadn’t been here before, so I was taking a risk, but it fully paid off. Thank you so much, I would recommend to anyone

My husband got a Groupon Voucher for $59 for clean and polish, then had to pay another $40 because the lady said his teeth were bad. It didn’t seem reasonable nor mentioned in the voucher so we don’t recommend and won’t be going back. They gave us a call later on for a free scale so at least they still care about their customers. We’ll see if their services are better this time.

I requested communications via email due to work, and was very promptly emailed back with available appointment times. I got an appointment for the very next day! Had to make an emergency appointment with Stoddard Dental on a Sunday. Had never been before and I hate dentists and the costs associated! Well not only was i made to feel welcome, but the receptionist and the dentist patiently explained the procedure and waited while I called my husband for reassurance. Visited Dr Jeff Lowe after a horrible experience with another dentist so was a bit anxious. The facilities are nice and clean with friendly front of house staff. Dr Lowe was very professional and explained the treatment proposed to mitigate my dental issues, after I had a 360 degree xray. The consult was followed by a painless extraction of my wisdom tooth and have already set up an appointment to see him again, although will have no anxiety before the next appointment.

The staff is very accommodative and friendly and the dentist did a great job explaining everything that she was doing and listening to what I had to say. I was very happy with my deep clean at Stoddard Dental Square dentists (NZ$150). The woman dentist made the procedure stress-free and helped calmed my nerves by explaining what she was going to do in a matter of fact way. I keep putting off going to the dentist for fear of pain. The female dentist was very gentle I do not not recall any painful parts at all. I have actually been back as I survived happily the first time round and being able to go to a local nearby dentist made it so much quicker and easier than having to travel all the way into town or out to Henderson where I have gone in the past. Friendly text reminders are also helpful as I tend to forget my appointments. Well done. Great job. I would highly recommend this dentist to others.

Modern and clean offices, they have plenty of appointment times (got to love that they are 7 days) and the staff are very friendly and competent. Great experience at Stoddard Dental Square. Nice and local and the staff were friendly and able to squeeze me in at late notice the next day. I went there with a chipped tooth and had a filling done. Went here for a filling. As I have a needle phobia I requested if it was possible to just have the filling done with no injection. They said it was possible and quoted me a $240-260$ price I can't quite remember. To be quite frank I can't remember if I even had the filling done here but I honestly don't think I did. Never the less when I didn't return because I found Might mouth so much cheaper the problem that came after was the constant calling me. Asking me when was I going to book in for my filling. Honestly about 4+ calls. By the 3rd one I had asked not to be contacted again but I still was. I told them each time that I would be going else where and when I told them it was price related they said they could do it for the same price. Now this might just be me but I would rather go to a dentist that always has great prices rather then one that will drop the price all of a sudden. The people that work there are lovely but they should really think about the way they contact people. I would have gone here though if I hadn't of found a cheaper place. :)

After calling over a dozen dentists and being told that they were full, Stoddard Dental Square fitted me into their busy schedule late in the day. They don't only do their job perfectly but also remind you about regular clean appointments (as we all tend to forget about our oral health!!) and give you samples of toothpastes every time you visit them. I broke a tooth and rushed to Stoddard Dental to get help. It was really painful, and the first time I had ever had a tooth break - so I was in shock. Nikita was amazing! She calmed me down, explained the possible scenarios depending on how bad the break was, then took a look. She quickly gave me some pain relief removed the cusp that had fractured from the main tooth, and said she'd be able to fill it. Once done, we discussed a plan to save the tooth, as it was heavily filled and as is wouldn't last long. Nikita was so great dealing with my tooth emergency, she is now my new dentist.

Bought a groupon voucher for cleaning and scaling with a hygienist, waited 8 minutes and cleaning took 10 minutes. Usually after cleaning, my teeth would get a sparkling clean feel but somehow its not the case after this appointment. Staff is friendly but dont think i will go back again.
