A huge thank you to the staff of the dental bach. I can’t thank enough dr vishu for giving me appointment on such a short notice. I was suffering from wisdom tooth pain and needed an emergency extraction. She had to stay out of her usual working hour for my appointment. It was my first experience with the dentist here in NZ and it was super easy with dr vishu and her team. Special thanks to the admin Loryanna. Amazing work. 👍🏻

Due to my lack of oral care, my teeth got into pretty poor condition over the years, but due to my fear of dentists, I never did anything about it. Finally admitted I needed some work done, so off to Dental Bach I went. Vishu and her team were top notch, let me know what they were doing each step of the extractions I required and did what they could to keep my anxiety levels to a minimum. While I wont say I'm looking forward to my next visit, I know my anxiety levels will be better thanks to the great work.

Visited the Dental Bach with my wife to get her checkup done. We found the clinic really nice and clean which made the experience great. Dr. Vishu is a thorough professional and yet very warm and cheerful which relives any anxiety which one may have.

I think they are very good. I choose dental bach for my dad after i went to another dentist near by and end up with a painful teeth that can no longer bite food. At the beginning, my dad's teeth become even more painful after repairing, as doctor warn us before if the pain is still there, He will need root canal, but after several days, surprisingly the pain has completely gone! the doctor is very patient and delicate at her work, i wish i came to dental bach previously, so i could have my teeth done properly..

On arrival I was greeted by the lovely receptionist by the name of Holly, who was very welcoming and friendly and has excellent customer service skills. The dentist made me feel at ease with the procedure I had done and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend The Dental Batch 10/10

Dr.Vishu is absolutely amazing! I have been seeing her since Feb 2019 when I first got my braces put on and since day one has been amazing! I am terrified of dentists usually but she made feel at ease and alway's tells me what she is doing before she does it. I recently got my braces taken off and am super happy with my teeth and how straight they are! Highly recommend The Dental Bach!!!

Dr Vishu was really helpful to both my Grandmother and I. Working on Veneers and other dental work. She was friendly and professional, as was Mel in reception. You can’t often say you enjoyed going to the dentist, but I’ve never been to a dental practice as nice as that one. Vishu listened and understood what I wanted and made multiple changes to make sure I was happy with the finished product. She was also really kind and good with my grandma who is 81 and a bit hard of hearing. Highly recommended, thanks.

Came to the dental bach because of great wisdom tooth pain, and they accommodated me and my financial state so well. They are very kind and care a lot about their patients! The receptionist is very welcoming and so nice. Would recommend.

I cannot recommend The Dental Bach highly enough...right from the time i entered, the lovely receptionist made me feel relaxed. Dr Vishu was kind and informed me clearly of my options to proceed..i had a tooth extraction which was painless and no dry socket... She was a specialist at her craft..i had had a bad experience and she has given me faith again.. Well done The Dental Bach! I have no hesitation in highly recommending this practise for the professional way they cared for me.. Thankyou kindly...

Highly Recommend. My wife came who is now 5 months pregnant and i was really worried about the way she would be dealt with. My worries where put to rest straight away. Warm, welcoming environment. They where so forthcoming with information when i asked and provided just the right amount of service. I would highly recommend the dental bach. Enjoyed my examination at Dental Bach. They are friendly, caring staff.. Wish you all the best here on the coast. I would recommend. Previous guy came out after an extraction said was pain free and was very happy too!

I am not a fan of dentists, but Dr Vishu makes me feel comfortable. I actually look forward to returning. All my interactions with the staff have been pleasant.

Fantastic service although I did have to wait for almost an hour. It was my first time so may have been an unexpected dental emergency as I have not been to the Dental Bach before. Answered all my questions thoroughly and eased any discomfort I may have felt. Great job guys.

I just had a couple of appointments with Vishu. If you want HONEST, informed care, then you must give The Dental Bach a visit. I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews, but when you receive such stand out service it's great to share.

Amazing dentist: 5/5 recommendation. I had a lot of dental anxiety before but since going to The Dental Bach I have none. Staff were very friendly, professional, and extremely caring.

My 7 year old daughter complained of some mild discomfort in a tooth on a saturday afternoon. After a quick internet search I found the dental bach and gave them a call. They saw my daughter straight away. The dentist was kind and took time to explain everything to my daughter in order to minimise any anxiety. The dentist then gave my daughter a thorough check up and recommended we contact the school dentist on monday as no urgent treatment was required. They could have easily recommended we have the treatment carried out straight away, but they chose to put their patient ahead of profit. Thank you Dental Bach for taking care of my daughter with compassion and honesty. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

Really friendly and modern practice, and I love how it is just down the road for me. I've tried a few different dentists on the coast and never really stuck with any of them, I think I've found my dentist now, but hopefully I still won't need to visit too often :) Kate

Professional, fast and friendly! Reasonably priced compared to some other places on the coast and open really accomodating hours too. Nice modern look and feel and clean too! Definitely will continue going to the dental bach!

Excellent staff and even better service. I would recommend highly. Unlike other dentist, these guys are open on weekends so great to be able to get work done without juggling work hours.

The staff at reception were so patient and helpful! Once I was in the chair, my dentist explained everything thoroughly so I was clear on treatment and how to proceed. Excellent service! & reasonably priced!!!!!
