M.Russell did my braces 15years ago, and has looked after my teeth ever since. I have had issues with my wire staying on, and every follow-up visit has been free and made a priority. As someone who has worked in the dental industry, this team are professional, efficient, friendly and run the practice like a well oiled machine. I couldn't recommend the whole team any higher on their consistently fantastic service.
L.I haven't even been to Christchurch Ortho yet but have already had an amazing impression thanks to the receptionist Kelly! She was so lovely and helpful, and she completely made my day. You should be very proud to have someone like her talking to customers!
A.If you need to see an orthodontist, I urge you to see Russell! My daughter ended up NOT getting braces after years of monitoring developments since primary school. It only cost us a small consultation fee on our first visit and all checkups thereafter were free. And from the start, it was always IF she needs braces, not WHEN she needs braces - which is what we had heard previously from another Orthodontist. So I am incredibly happy to have had Russells sensible, down to earth input and reassurance. Could not recommend and thank him more.
D.Most friendly, helpful and chatty staff out! Always feel welcomed and making sure you are happy with the way your teeth are moving. Always enjoyed coming into orthodontist as there is never a dull moment!
