My teeth have always caused me stress and anxiety and this is the first dental practice that I have ever been to that had made me feel fully comfortable. They’ve worked with me at my own pace to improve my oral hygiene and attitude towards dentistry. I can’t say I look forward to it yet, but a few years ago I would sit shaking in the chair absolutely terrified. The days leading up to it would also cause me a lot of stress. Now, I am much calmer and I am confident that it will be a positive experience. Preena is so caring and kind, she offers advice and support and I cannot recommend her highly enough. The receptionist is lovely, the nurses hold your hand if you need it and both hygienists I have met have changed my life. I am so grateful that I found this practice and I think that you anyone would be lucky to be treated by this team. I do note that covid has been tough and it is very hard to get appointments now. Every business is suffering similar issues and hopefully the staff are able to navigate the tricky time and come through it. I have just booked very far in advance to ensure I get the times etc that work with my life. The receptionist said they do leave appointments for emergency treatments.

Visited on short notice for emergency dental care on a new filling from my own dentist. It's safe to say I'm changing to Garden City Dental. Super friendly, helpful dentist who talked me through what she was doing as she was doing it and gave helpful advice for aftercare.

I had 3 wisdom teeth out and a tooth reconstruction yesterday, almost no pain today I could probably eat something normal if I wanted to although maybe not a steak just yet haha. Rohit was fantastic at explaining the procedure and making me feel comfortable when I said I was nervous. I was provided clear after-care instructions with good advice on it.

Iv been here twice now to have teeth pulled, they were quick and gentle and iv left with no pain and no issues. Awesome friendly staff, and I wouldnt go anywhere else 10/10

Dr Elena Lazarus is an excellent dentist - when I went in today with a sore tooth (that I thought probably needed to come out) she explained everything very clearly, great technique with the anaethetic and removed my molar with no fuss. Thank you.

Had such great experiences with Garden City Dental. The reception staff are lovely and accommodating, the dentists are professional and helpful. Jennifer did such a great job on my filling and was so kind, explaining every process/what to expect and encouraging me through the difficult parts along the way. Recommending to everyone I know.

Very helpful and supportive through a time I was extremely anxious. Annabelle was fantastic and empathetic. Showed true care, compassion and understanding. Sue (?) On reception was also very helpful and greatly assisted me. Went way more than the extra mile with me and I'm very happy. Even provided me with advice over the phone when I had returned to my very remote home and was unable to return to the clinic. Great price too. Thank you!!

When my regular dental practice was unable to provide me an appointment for an urgent job, they recommended Garden City Dental, and their faith was well placed. At first, the lovely friendly lady on the phone (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) found me a late evening appointment, but a little later she phoned me to let me know an earlier slot had become available. I have nothing but the highest praise for Angus, the dentist who carried out my extraction. Obviously having dental work of this nature done is no fun, but the team at Garden City Dental made it as close to a positive experience as it was possible to be. A big thanks.

My wisdom tooth was broken on sunday night, I have a full working schedule for the next week so looking for a dentist can fix my tooth after hours and garden city dentist was the one i found on google , rang them on Monday morning and got an appointment at same day 9pm which is perfect for me. Got there and got the tooth extraction done within one hour and it was pain free and very relax! Back to work this morning without any discomfort ! The price is very fair and affordable no extra after hour charge! Definitely recommend !! PS. Easy parking as well!

Excellent dental clinic. I recently chipped a tooth and called garden city dental for an appointment - they managed to fit me in within 24 hours on a weekend! The dentist was friendly and explained everything she was doing at each step which helps to ease anxiety. They managed to undertake the repair on my tooth in the appointment - only took 20 minutes. Super happy with the service I received and it was all at a very good price in my opinion. Highly recommend.

I managed to get an appointment the next day despite it only being my first time at Garden City Dental. Angus was my dentist and i can honestly say i have never had an experience like it. I had to have an extraction but he was so good I never felt the injection, and the actual removal was painless. Fantastic job Angus, thank you. 5 stars

What a awesome dental clinic. Took my son in there for a emergency and they offered to treat him during there dinner break. Amazing enough, another patient sitting in the waiting room, offered to use his appointment time and my son was seen within 5min. Tooth extraction and the worse was sorted. Booked in for follow up appointment. The dentist was really careful and the receptionist was lovely.

I had a brilliant new patient appointment with Jennifer - so friendly, and she clearly explained what she was going to do and why, and then clearly explained how my teeth etc were doing following the check-up. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and a few cavities filled. The staff were absolutely outstanding! They fit me in at the last minute (Due to a broken tooth.) even though it was my first time going there and then they stayed late in order to help me get all the work I needed done in one session. They made sure to do this so that it would only be one credit card payment (That way I wouldn't have as much interest) and so that it would save me time. They worked with me so that the treatment would be affordable and made sure that I had no unnecessary costs. While they were working on my teeth I was extremely comfortable and understood what was happening. I felt very confident that I was well cared for. Thanks to them I no longer have wisdom tooth pain and my smile is brighter than it has been since I was a child. I have been telling everyone about this dental practice and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Garden City Dental as they genuinely want what is best for you. They are about quality care not financial gain. Thank you Garden City Dental for the excellent work! I will definitely be back! :)

I was looking for open dental service on the weekend for my wife. I saw Garden City Dental with lots of nice comments. Indeed, we are not disappointed! Service is affordable even on the weekend, no extra charge!

I visited Garden City Dental in the weekend when I was unable to be seen by my regular Dental Practice. I was initially very impressed by Sue at Reception re: her professionalism, warmth, efficiency and her communication. There was a bit of a hold up/ extra wait time for me due to a person who had been in an accident as I understood and they required restorative work. Actually I was impressed by this as I would like to think that if this was me in an accident, the Team would extend themselves for me, to finish the work to the best of their ability. So I didn't mind the wait and was very well looked after by Sue in the meantime. I was seen by Nick Stretton and Tatiana as Dental Nurse - Nick was outstanding re: his :listening/ communication/ warmth and the exceptionally skilled and professional job carried out. Tatiana looked after me really well - Thank you! Thank you very much for making a stressful situation so much easier. A totally satisfied customer and I would definitely go back and would highly recommend the Team.

These guys are really good at what they do. Went in to have a tooth removed ended up needing a second tooth removed aswell. I'm in no way comfortable with the dentist from childhood trauma but Garden City Dental made me feel more than comfortable. Everything felt like it was on my terms and I'm really appreciative that there is a dental service out there that can do this. I HIGHLY recommend these guys just bloody superb service!!

Had Preena today who was amazing! Friendly and calming, she started the process for a root canal with minimal pain. Chose here because of the after hours service, will definitely be using Garden City Dental again. Super impressed ☺️

Had a sore tooth and my usual dentist couldn't see me so thought I'd try them. They were really nice on the phone and in person. Ben was great and not phased by my crying. Gave me options and walked me through prices so I could decide before anything done. Fantastic to know there's a place you can rely on, I'm tempted to even change from my dentist I've seen for nearly 15 years but are on the far side of town from home.

Been here for my wisdom tooth surgery and the dentist was very friendly. She talked me through the whole process and explained everything to me about after care nicely, she was available to have a look at my wound when I came for a follow up unannounced. The lady at the reception wasn't very helpful but the dentists sure are really good.

I visited Garden City Dental today and my dentist was Preena. She was amazing! So professional, yet made me completely at ease and explained everything as she went and also provided me with the different options available to me. I went for a check up and was greeted nicely. The dentist I got was lovely and didnt judge when I said I hadn't been to the dentist in 9years . The explained any work that had to be done in good easy to understand terms and gave a quote without trying to force their business onto you.

The dentist I saw was amazing, I arrived in tears as I was in so much pain, he really quickly and effectively dealt with my pain, I'm so grateful to him and the team. I have had a few root canals in my time but this one was so fast and pain free. He also explained what he was doing in a very straightforward, no frills kind of way.

Emma Ritchie absolutely brilliant dentist lady I drive three and a half hours to this practice she's the only dentist that does my teeth your paying big dollars for your teeth no matter where you go so you want the very best quality work done , Emma's the lady to see highly recommend her to everyone. Absolutely amazing service. I called at tea time needing help and couldn't get appointment till the next day then 2 hours later I have appointment. My teeth are very bad so I was scared. But been was a great dentist no judgement. I'll be back to have more work. Regardless on how much it costs😀😀

I am a very nervous patient of the dentist So nervous I cannot even have my teeth cleaned without breaking out in a sweat. But over the past few weeks, i have had the dreaded root canal done by Richard and his coworker I never felt a thing. I would highly recommend him for any dental work. If he can get me through it he can get anybody through it. Root canal is not so bad after all, well not with Richard and his assistant. Many thanks I am not afraid of the dentist anymore.

Many thanks to Ben and his team ! I have never experienced being treated such a professional level at dentist . I arrived full of anxiety for 2 fillings ,2 extractions in intravenous sedation but as was promised ,l dont remember anything about the whole process. Highly recommended!

I came here yesterday to get my chipped front teeth fixed. I unfortunately can't remember the dentists name but he did an amazing job! I have had them fixed so many times back in the UK and it's not been great. These look like my old teeth, I can't see the filling at all. Thank you so much, il def be coming back to this practice.

got in on quite short notice for removal of a damaged wisdom tooth. saw a dentist named Ben (Forget his last name) he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, took his time and got the tooth out in one piece no stiches and without cutting the tooth. 9 hours later after anesthetic has fully worn off and I am in absolute minimal pain have not bothered with pain killers at all. very impressed after my last wisdom tooth removal in which I was in alot of pain for quite a few days (another practice). will return here for anymore work for sure.

I have just finished treatment for a broken tooth, the end result being I needed my first every crown. Not being able to get into my usual dentist I phoned GCD and they were able to see me within two hours! I was extremely fortunate to see Rohit, who in a very professional and calm manner explained all my options. About a week later Rohit completed the first stage of the crown work, and sensing my apprehension allowed me to have the work done under sedation. This made the whole experience pain and stress free. A few weeks later the crown was fitted, and man, I am so happy with the end result. From the very friendly front reception staff, to Rohit and his nurses, the overall experience was great, so great that GCD and Rohit are now my dental team :). I am a very happy customer indeed.
