Researching where to go to have a set of new dentures made I discovered Merivale Denture Clinic and was impressed with all I read especially the reviews. I have not been disappointed and I’m the happy person with a million dollar smile….I think so. Throughout the process Thomas explained stage by stage the process to create denatures specifically for my needs. Professional attention to detail was so reassuring. Thomas Gu (Tom) is a Senior Clinician at the Merivale Denture Clinic. I made a phone enquiry today about implant supported dentures for a family member. I was referred to their specialist Tom. Despite Tom being busy, he set aside time to answer a large number of my questions. He was eloquently spoken and was able to explain things to me in simple terms. Other dentists that I've dealt with in the past have been so technical that it becomes too confusing to understand. Thankfully Tom wasn't like that. He was everything his profile stipulated 'down to earth friendly demeanour and his extensive array of experience from complex and highly specialised hospital cases to the conventional dentures makes his service second to none.' Although the cost of the implant supported dentures was outside our budget, I would recommend Tom's dental expertise and experience. My reason for this is that he demonstrated in our conversation that caring for the patient and ensuring that they are taken care of in the best possible manner is the top most priority for him. Even to the point that he said, even if you don't choose to come to me, please take into consideration what I've mentioned. So, Tom made me feel like my family member mattered and that I wasn't just another appointment worth x amount of dollars business to him. Thank you Tom. I could tell that Tom was very caring of his patients. If our family were in a financial position to go see him on this particular matter, then we wouldn't hesitate in doing so. What a journey with the Thomas and his team. Earlier this year I accompanied my mother once a week to the Merivale Denture Clinic to get her new dentures. As result of the professional service and attention to detail mother was very happy with her new smile. On her final visit however, Thomas discovered a nasty ulcer under her tongue. He promptly referred my mother to a professional colleague whom then referred her into the hospital system. Two months on my mother is recovering well from surgery and the outcome is very positive. Thank you Thomas we are so very grateful and she is smiling!

I have had a partial plate for approximately 48 years and have had replacements over this time. This year I enquired to get a new plate at what I thought was the last place I went to. This business had been sold and had a new owner, Tom, who was working from different premises. I was unable to bite or chew properly and most times it would fall out while eating which is not a good look. Since day one I was wanting a full upper denture and to be honest merivale dentures have done a perfect job and it was thoroughly done too which I was surprised at first because I thought it was just have an appointment then all of a sudden they come up with a mould but in my case it was more than that.
