I’ve done my Invisalign with Smilesville and I can say it was done by the best dental team in Christchurch. Going through the process of the Invisalign was simple and easy going. Ruchika and her team did an amazing job; planning out my Invisalign and transforming my teeth to another level! Very happy with my results, and my go to dental will always be Smilesville. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and a professional dental, Smilesville would definitely be the one!

Wow! Where do I begin? I have known Dr.Ruchika now for 6 years and she is 100% the most amazing dentist I’ve ever come across. She puts in all of her time and effort into her patients and makes sure they look perfect when they leave her chair! I’ve been incredibly lucky to have had Ruchika do all the things that I had to get done. She is the best of the best and I will recommend trusting her with anything that needs fixing. I have used Smilesville for both my children over the past 10 years and have had amazing results. We used Invisalign for one and normal braces for the other. The service is always fantastic. My teeth were healthy and looking fine when I came to see dr. Ruchika. My neck was not. Turns out, the position of my teeth was forcing my lower jaw back and in turn my neck muscles freaked out. I came in with neck pain so bad that I was unable to lift my head and needed my hands to help my neck to lift my head up in the morning. Dr. Ruchika made a plan to change the position of my teeth, to give my lower jaw more space and to prevent any future damage to my jaw joint. After about 2-3months I started to notice a difference and now, almost 9 months after I started with the aligners, I'm so, so happy to say my neck pain is completely gone, and my muscles feel less tense. I'm so happy I went to see her, she's so lovely and very knowledgeable. She made me feel heard in my problem and concerns and took her time explaining what she thought was going on with my jaw and how she could help. Would highly recommend her to anyone who has any problems with their jaw.

My daughters have had Invisalign fitted at Smilesville and I only have great things to say about the staff and service. My older daughter now has lovely straight teeth and looks older because of it. We are so happy! I would recommend coming here due to the efficiency of the staff. Booking appointments is easy and the reminders we get are wonderful. The location in Westfield Mall is also wonderful as there is plenty of parking and lots of shops to look around. Heidi is so welcoming on reception and Ruchika just the best. I decided to get my dental care here knowing a friend has had excellent service and care, and I was not disappointed. I've had some of the best conversations with all the staff members I've interacted with, including but not limited to Heidi in reception and Kate, my dentist. She said it felt a bit tight in the first few days of wearing each different retainer but after that they felt fine and weren't much of a hassle. Really great service, I am a first time client and the receptionist went out of her way to make sure to get me the best deal I could get and make me feel like I’m not just another client which is really cool considering I do the same thing every day in my own job. My 2 dentists were both really awesome as well the hygienist Lee was really chilled out and friendly and made sure I was all good through out the entire cleaning process, but was also good for a laugh. Excellent Service . Top notch treatment and most important of all Dr Ruchika knows how to handle challenging patients ... like my 13 year old boy who has poor dental hygiene. His previous dentist brought him to tears with her reprimanding every time he went in to get his braces tightened and I could take it no more. Ruchika has been an amazing dentist all through my treatment with her. I have been putting of going to the dentist for so long cause I'm so terrified of it. She is the absolute best. I've searched around so many other dentists in the city and the minute I walked into her reception I just knew she was perfect for the job. Well my wife orginally volunteered me to come along, I was extremely sceptical about what I was letting myself in for, with very little knowledge of dental practises and procedures other than the standard clean and yearly check up. I had good teeth, but I was a grinder which over the years had taken its toll on my teeth and their appearance, which meant I didn't smile often and had actually forgotten how to smile especially when it came to family photos. Little did I know what I was in for, A complete overhaul/rebuild of my teeth, treatment to help my jaw get back into alignment was required to stop this process of grinding my teeth away being repeated, and so it began. Ruchika and her team guided me though this journey explaining all the techincal jargan to help me understand just what was happening. I was totally amazed at Ruchika's skill level and that of her technicans. The changes in technology that were constantly accuring during this process in particular the adminstraion of the local anesthetic making the process painless and simplified the journey and lessened the recovery time after each appointment. Ruchika is a perfectionist her accurancy and attention to delay is unbelievable. The end result is my wife is jealous and I look years younger and I smile lots, I also have the knowledge that my dental health is as close to perfect as it can be and that is because of Ruchikas skill and professionlism. I would recommend to anyone who is even thinking about having any dental work done - Make the call to Ruchika and her team from the moment you walk into reception to sitting in the chair and walking out feeling great you will not be disappointed. I'm a wuss when it comes to any dental treatment but the second I walked in their receptionist Heidi made me feel comfortable and in good hands. I was 30 weeks pregnant and in pain from a tooth that was infected. While waiting for my appointment I was feeling nervous that it started making me dizzy, Heidi noticed it straight away and went out of her way to grab me a room temp glass of water not cold as it would of bothered my tooth and took me to lay down with a flannel on cold my head. Now I don't know any dentist who would go the extra mile like that for their patients. So thank you Heidi for looking after me and making me feel better💜 I was expecting a extraction but Ruchika managed to stop the infection from spreading an also saved my nerve from having a root canal. Ending up just needing a filling and did not hurt at all, Ruchika exceeded my expectations an was extremely gentle. I was referred to smilesville dental by my fiance and he told me "hands down best dentist ever" he had 8 teeth extracted 3 years ago and has had no problems with it at all. The best dentist. I have been to number of dentists but no one could solve the problems I was having. These people are so good and were able to diagnose the real cause why my teeth kept breaking and the jaw pain I had. Although it took time now I do not have the ongoing issues I had for several years with no cure in sight. I would certainly recommend Smilesville.

I now can freely smile without any resistance in photos and my self esteem has risen tremendously. I always had suffered from tension headaches and thought it had been due to stress or working in front of a screen and since I had previously had orthodontics i never considered that it may be an issue with my bite. I had trusted the generic “one size fits all” orthodontics slapped on me as a kid and thought to accept the smile I had.
