I have autism, adhd among other sensory issues and I felt catered to and looked after. Everything was explained to me and setting up for my next appt was very simple.
They're definitely going to become my full time dentist :)

During my initial appt, Dentist Raquel was warm, friendly and took the time to get to know me and build rapport. Raquel was really encouraging, non-judgemental, and answered any and all questions I had. She explained the results of her assessment in a way that I could understand, and I left the appt feeling positive and as though I had learned a bunch of information about how to take care of my teeth going forward. During my appt with Oral Hygienist Nikki, I felt she was warm, friendly, relatable, and attuned to my needs. Nikki always explained what she was doing, and answered all of my questions throughout. I found reception staff to be friendly, and the practice overall felt like an inviting space rather than an anxiety-provoking one. So pleased to have enrolled here.

They listen attentively to the needs and concerns of each client and make sure the treatment plan, if any, is explained and understood.
