Called around a few places for emergency treatement and was offered a same-day spot in lieu of their Dentist taking their morning tea break. Didn't take the appointment as I had already been booked elsewhere but great service in accommodating an emergency case at the cost of a coffee break.

I would not go anywhere else for my dentist needs. I found Wynton very understanding and gentle in his approach after going to various other dentists who ended up making me feel anxious about dentists. He took his time, making sure I understood treatment plans and was feeling comfortable. Thoroughly recommend for kids/teens who are on the autism spectrum of have anxiety he helped my kids to feel like they could cope. Have always found all the Smilehaus staff to be professional and patient orientated. They always go the extra mile including calling the next day to see how things are going.

Like many others, I have never been a fan of going to the dentist. I went a number of years without going at all. In need of a check up, Smilehaus in Havelock North was highly recommended to me. I found all the staff lovely and very welcoming and the dental practice was lovely, light and comfortable. I have now been going to Smilehaus regularly the last 4 years, for both hygienist appointments with Bridget and dental appointments with Wynton and Chanelle. I am so thankful to the Smilehaus team for helping to get my oral health back on track. I believe that they go above and beyond to make their paitents feel comfortable and they have always been understanding of my various circumstances during pregnancies and I have even had staff stettle my babies if they got upset while I was in the chair. I am throughly pleased to have found Simlehaus when I did, and I would highly recommended to anyone. They are all lovely, caring people and wonderful at what they do. I no longer put off going to the dentist, and the care and advice I have received from them is second to none. Chanelle is the most incredible dentist you could ever ask for. Since being a child I have had an overwhelming sense of fear going to the dentist and I have now been able to face my fear. Chanelle has been apart of this journey, she has been so supportive, kind, understanding and informative. I highly recommend Smilehaus, all the staff are welcoming and professional and Chanelle's care, especially if you have fears and anxiety around going to the dentist. The best dental experience I've had. Dr Wynton and Rachel are reassuring and put me at ease straight away. A practice clearly built on positivity and offering the best service. I needed dental work done during the holidays so my 5 and 7 year old had to tag along, they loved Rachel and all of the puzzles, books and movies she had ready for them. A zero pain appointment. Highly recommend this fantastic clinic.

It is obvious that Dr. Perrott's new dental practice has made a significant investment in the very latest dental equipment, something you may want to consider the next time you visit your current dentist. I've never been to a dentist in NZ who not only has a true passion for high-level dentistry, but one who who explains every procedure so well and who utilises the latest cutting-edge level technology. The difference is a significant improvement in your level of comfort and oral outcome as a dental patient. As a naturopath, I encourage all my patients to keep their teeth in the best possible shape, because poor teeth will eventually result in poor health. You only get one set of teeth and if you truly value them, expect and demand the best in dentistry. Needless to say, I'm switching to Smile Haus.

Ive been in search for a dentist to fix one of my fillings that chipped every dentist I phoned were rude and unhelpful! I felt very discouraged until I phoned smile haus! They were so pleasant, helpful welcoming and lets just face it AMAZING! on arrival to my appointment they greated me with a smile and continued the great customer service! The dentist wynton was AMAZING ive never met a dentist that cared so much for his patients! The experience i had here i will never look for another dentist again this is by far the best practice i have gone to! I highly recommend Smile Haus you wont regret it!!!!!

Smile - House! I have never experienced such a professional and customer orientated and more "carrying" health service in my life as a NEW PATIENT. Especially the first contact Bridget and Laine were exceptional. Both were focusing on my problem, offering straight forward solutions combined with a fast understanding of the situation and even delivering SMILES. I could here it over the phone how Bridget's face was SMILING. But this is not only a place where you get the brand promised SMILES you get what really matters: Care! 1) My pain and my symptoms made me believe a need a root canal treatment. Laine my second contact was not put off by my self diagnose. No - She actually suggested to come in earlier to allow Dr. Wynton if possible to deliver some pain relief work. What a great team-work of Wynton's assistant. 2) Dr. Wynton came across as a very methodical, thorough, experienced Dentis. He was very informative, including costs, straight forward and very concerned about my pain level at all times. Very focused and again, carrying! 3) Rachel, Dr. Wynton's wife spontaneously sat down with me to explain a treatment plan and was flexible enough to make appointments on short notice. Of course, with the same level of SMILES, this practice seems to focus on! 4) Anette, the SMILE at the reception, called me the day following the treatment to ask if anything went well and if I feel OK. I don't know-how who is the SMILE Manager at this place put whoever does this job - That person should be a SMILE Trainer. I hope this team can continue to deliver such a high standard of SMILING care!!!

From the minute I walked through the door and saw Kate's welcoming, smiling face I knew I had come to the best dentist in town. I chose Smile Haus because it's brand new and therefore should have the best dentistry tools available. That is absolutely true but what is even better is the first class personal care, attention to detail and service received from Wynton and his assistant Laine. Absolutely everything is explained in layman's terms and I was given choices and prices every step of the way. My next stop was to Rachel the hygenist, who not only performed a full clean but also showed me new ways to look after my teeth. I have already recommended Smile Haus to others and will continue to use them as my "Dentist of Choice" for as long as I live in the Bay. I have seen dentists in four different countries and finally found the best one here in Havelock North! Everything about this dental practice is focussed on patient health. The dentist, Wynton clearly explained the problem with my tooth and my treatment options to me. State of the art equipment meant I was able to see my x-ray in front of me and actually understand what was happening, which in turn helped me to relax. Rachel, the hygenist helped me understand how I can be proactive to keep my mouth healthy, to keep me healthy. She was amazing with my kids and so patient. What a difference to previous dental experiences! My family and I are all changing to Smile Haus and won't look back!

I was very impressed with their share of oral hygiene week they are promoting. Not only teaching you the importance of brushing and flossing but showing the areas of damage and what can happen if left unattended or even daily looked at. Thank you Rachel and Annette 😊.
