A.I neglected my dental health for a long time out of fear from past negative experiences. My wisdom teeth were causing a lot of pain as well as some really damaged molars. Glecy on reception responded to all my emails in record time, was able to schedule me in for a consult asap and the following week I was in for extractions with Dr. Walter, who has the best no nonsense but warm manner. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional, I felt very comfortable and the work done is excellent. No swelling or bruising the next day, oral sedation kept me relaxed and I was out in an hour or so. I can’t recommend this clinic and team highly enough, especially for anyone who struggles with phobias.

What I appreciate the most is that for returning patients, this dental centre asks your preferred form of communication, whether it's by email, text or phone call. When you're scheduled for a regular check up, instead of reminding you to call and make an appointment, they schedule one for you, alerting you via text, email or phone. If the time doesn't suit, an email works just as well for rescheduling as a phone call.
