My first visit! I had a full examination which was done with 3d scanner. It was very easy and comfortable. I was impressed. Their lovely assistant, Sarah, was so respectful and kind. Alex, my dentist explained to me what was happening to my teeth, the reasons, options, risks, prices. Very clear. Nice private room with a comfortable set up. The room was very clean with beautiful relaxing music.

I recently had a tootache and was looking through the internet for dentists in the Hutt (I didn't know where to go as I just recently moved here) and I read good reviews for Switch Dental. I got an appointment earlier than what I booked for (luckily as someone else cancelled) and got my tooth problem sorted. The staff members from the reception are friendly and professional, attending to the patients in a caring and respectful manner. Sarah is so kind and gentle in assisting the patient for the procedure prior to the check up. Dr. Alex is easy to talk to, great in establishing rapport and making the patient feel at ease. The examination was thorough and the explanation of all your treatment options were easy to understand. Overall they have great communication and customer service. i would highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks Switch Dental team. See you soon. 😊

The staff were amazing, professional, friendly and polite. Prior to checking my teeth they asked if i would like the dentist to comment on my other teeth that could potentially require work or just the tooth thats causing pain. He also took the time to draw diagrams to explain in detail the issues with my teeth. I've never had such a positive experience and i would definitely recommend. They provide afterpay aswell and that's a bonus 😊

My first time back in a dental chair in roughly 20 years. I had put this off for various reasons but couldn't any longer as my teeth had worsened over time. If the Service I received today was around 20 years ago I probably wouldn't have any issues today. Alex was amazing and very thorough discussing all the options available to me so I could make a decision that best suits me without any pressure whatsoever. Such a friendly atmosphere as well.

I'm from the generation of kids that refered to the Dentist, as the murder house. Many years later some serious pain required a visit to a dentist. After searching the phone book I called Switch Dental in Lower Hutt. I had an appointment set to see Matt. On arrival the reception team were amazing, I instantly felt relaxed and welcomed. When I got to the chair, Matt had this amazing, calming approach. He explained what was needed, and went to work. By the time it was over, I was relaxed, felt no pain, amazed I went home and told my partner, Prue of my experience, a short time later she changed dentist and is also now with Switch. She tells her friends aswell, and is taking our neighbor to Switch after some rough treatment from her Dentist. The entire team at Switch are Amazing.

Switch Dental are amazing - all the staff are friendly and really do care. Right from the very first phone call they've been understanding about my fear of the dentist, and worked to help me get the work I needed done. Sedation was easy to arrange for my root canal & wisdom teeth extraction, and everything was done at my pace. I can highly recommend Dr Alex and the team at Switch... they're very positive and patient, and do an amazing job.

In the past I have had some bad experiences at the dentist. I was in a position to get some remedial work done and started looking for a new dentist. I sought lots of recommendations and decided to go and visit a couple of dental surgeries before making an appointment. I met Daphne at the reception at Switch Dental she was really calm and friendly. I was able to meet my dentist Alex prior to having an appointment and I haven't looked back. All of the staff, including the other dentist Matt (who undertook some emergency dentistry for me) are professional, friendly and understand that going to the dentist can be stressful and anxiety inducing. I now recommend them to everyone. The actual dentistry is also superb and pretty reasonably priced. Very happy.

Lovely caring team, always friendly over the many years I've been going there. Careful and gentle dental work - I rarely need anesthesic, although it is always offered. Clean modern equipment and rooms. Excellent use of technology to track dental health. Great communication about what is happening and possible treatments. Went here for a check up. Everyone was really nice and the machines that they have are really advanced. They did x-rays, made a 3D model of my mouth and took photos. Between the x-rays, model and photos my cavities were really clear to see. Alex gave me a detailed but simple explanation of what was going on and what my options are

Have been going here for the past 18 months and very happy with the thoroughness of work done and advice given. In particular Sarah the hygenist is a pleasure to see. In 2 instances, Switch was very helpful. First, in regards to my denture. I was referred to a very professional Dental Lab. Second, Dr. Mat Bahho quickly accommodated me for an emergency root canal, 2 hrs after I came down with a gruelling tooth ache on a Friday afternoon. No scheduling . That's what you call service. And Dr. Mat's touch is as light as a feather. I have to keep myself from falling asleep while he does the root canal. LOL. I highly recommend them.

Went in with a problematic wisdom tooth. Awesome, friendly service from all the staff. Got checked out, had the option of having the extraction then and there. No pain with the injections and it only took about 10 seconds to actually pull the tooth, pain free experience. Probably the most relaxing dental service possible! :)

dentist has great attitute and great smile, then the equitment make too much pain and drive me crazy. expensive than hospital emergent dental department. dentists are animal doctor. the whole communication fail because i could not speak english and do not know medical knownledge and did not have enogh money to get afford better service. the new zealand medical system has to be changed,then how when not enough skilled doctor, not enough money to buy good equipment, the comnunity between patient nd doctor, they could not share same language and same pain and happiness.
