E.In terms of my many & varied Dental Health experiences over a Septuagarian lifetime ; including Two Universities , Witswatersrand in South Africa & Griffiths Dental School on the Gold Coast Australia 2018;
Willems' extraction practice has come >closest< to meeting the High Professional standards that I have experienced from both The above Pinnacle's of Institutional Best Practice standards in either Country , in particular @ 'Griffiths' , more recently on GC 2018.
Last year I had a full extraction & set of dentures enacted at Pienaar Health ..Wliiem's Dental Surgery extraction expertise undoubtedly met best practice & produced top class results .
However , there were many Denture re- visits on my instigation (5) requiring adjustments to render the dentures workable.....

Notwithstanding the bone loss resorption that is to be expected , there were no inhouse arranged follow ups at, pre set dates to at very least , to take cursory looks at the progress of the assumptions at ' last 'realignment in February 2021..
It was left for me to re-engage if any further issues occurred....
Unfortunately the correctness or otherwise of the fitting was consequently never further checked and very recently ,this occasioned me to seek a second independently & professionally qualified [ Clinical Dental Technician ] opinion as to why I was experiencing such increasing incompatability issues with what has been my most challenging medical intervention yet.
The assessment revealed some critical areas that would have surfaced ,well earlier I believe in the piece ; to wit ; now potentially requiring a lower replacement + other complicating inter related wear issues...
Had any earlier pre-arranged appointments been scheduled , however short , then the ability to re-assess the direction of the operation irrespective of any associated cost factor could well have yielded a different outcome .
Correctly, now , PH has reappointed me this week after my advice above to compare notes from my second opinion and how to, now successfully repair/realign , the denture(s) to allow me 'not to be socially' compromised let alone personally challenged on a daily basis at a risk to my overall ' wellbeingness'.
I will happily and fairly update this review in due course .
l.This morning I had an appointment with Ms Ng. It was a very pleasant experience. She explained everything and took time to show me what she was doing . As I'm on holiday here I was a bit anxious about another dentist dealing with my crowns. No worries at all. Excellent.
