I just received my Valplast dentures today after wearing an acrylic plate for 6 months (supplied elsewhere). They they feel incredible and are a superb fit. Much more comfortable and a ''softer" feel than acrylic (which for me was a bit 'harsh'). I have these temporarily while I wait for implants, if I had to wear them permanently, I'd be happy to do so. Thanks Tom for your professionalism and great craftsmanship.

Would not hesitate to recommend. Attention to detail was spot on. Received excellent information and treatment. Felt comfortable at all times. Thomas is lovey guy.

Tom is a great bloke . Makes you feel comfortable on arrival and extremely knowledgeable on all his products from the first impression to the after care . The result was mint ! Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend him more.

I recently took my elderly parents to Nelson Denture Clinic as they were well over due for new dentures. The staff were amazing and gave both my parents a step by step guide as what would be involved in each consultation. Felicity and Tom were outstanding and made this experience a very easy transition. Over the years I’ve had a number of new dentures fitted, but it was as the result of a slight car accident that I ended up going to Tom at Nelson Denture Clinic with a badly smashed upper denture. He was informative, professional and extremely helpful. Tom’s subsequent thoroughness in producing dentures that fitted, meant that when the new dentures arrived they were perfect immediately and I am thrilled with the result. I can honestly completely recommend Tom and I have to say that all round it has to have been my best ever experience in having new dentures. Awesome job Tom!

And yet another 5 stars! I really liked the concept of the completely free first consult, where Tom has a look at the situation in your mouth and explains the options. This way as a patient you can chose without pressure what feels good for you without nasty financial surprises. Besides he does actually listen to what you have to say and follows up on it. Plus he did a good job on my denture, very happy with the result, also thanx to Marc, who does some wonderful work in the background. All in all a very pleasant experience, still smiling along, cheers!

My experience with Nelson Denture Clinic has been great, I am more than happy with my new denture, it fits like a glove, and no sore spots! The Nelson Denture Clinic is very informative, friendly and well caring, they kept asking if i was ok with the treatment and were willing to answer any questions i had in detail. I have had no problems but if I do I know I am able to get in touch with him and his lovely receptionist and helper Margaret and they will help. Hi my name is Bernie and this is my story....I had my teeth out 5 years ago and until this year did not have the money to get them, I had followed my own intuition and made my first appointment with Thomas, we hit it off from the get go and I just knew that he was the right dentist for me and honestly my dentures are beautiful, I love them, Thomas goes out of his way to make sure I was well informed on all aspects of having dentures for the first time, Margret always made my experience a happy one as she has a great sense of humor. Brilliant! Really really thrilled with my cosmetic denture :)

I was not looking forward to getting a new denture, but when this clinic was recommended to me, I went along hoping for the best. Everything I was told was accurate. I was treated with respect and dignity. The explanation of what to expect was clear and full, and everything was done quickly and very thoroughly. After my last experience at a different clinic, I was expecting quite a bit of pain and several trips back to fix up rubbing and to re set the denture. The denture was fitted over a month ago and there has been no sore spots and no refitting needed. With the denture I was given very clear instructions on how to care for my denture, as well as after care products. Thank you so much Tom and Margaret for everything. There was no need to wait so long for a new smile after all.

Tom and Margaret have done a great job on my husbands new dentures. Tom dealt with the insurance company, Ian's dentures were broken whilst on holiday off shore, and now has a 'rolls royce smile'. Tom is about to adjust the bottom plate as Ian has lost 16.5kg. Ian is very thankful to Tom and Margaret for their professional service. Don't hesitate just do it !!!

From the moment I met Tom he completely put me at ease along with of course Margaret who has been there forever. It is an extremely personal experience and I have to say one I don't really enjoy. But after meeting Tom I felt confident in him and knew that he would give me the best smile ever. He went over everything thoroughly with me before hand so I knew exactly what he was going to do for me. I now have my smile and I have to say I am completely amazed at how natural my teeth are, he even plumped my top lip up so I Iook younger..... They are beautifully natural looking when I smile and no issues upon having them put in. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone wanting to look amazing and feel confident. He certainly knows his stuff.

A very professional and caring team both Margaret and Tom show great empathy with patients. Everything is explained in laymen terms and one is made to feel at ease throughout ones appointment.

The experience of getting liners fitted to my dentures by Tom the technician was a pleasent experience. He was very thorough ln explaining what he was doing and the reasons why.His method of getting a great fit by getting me to move my mouth in lots of different ways has certanly worked as my dentures are very secure without the use of adhesihve . In the six months since my visit i have had no problems at all

On a very short notice, I was able to make an appointment and Thomas Gu (clinical dental technician) saw me on 30 January 2019. I was VERY impressed and VERY pleased with the time the time he took for me and all the advice he gave me. He assisted me to visit a dentist for some of the work he was unable to do ; after that he (straight away) had time again to see me. He took all the time to advice me regarding replacement dentures (fittings, costings etc) and with his help I definitely was able to make a very informed choice about what to do and how to proceed. Thanks very much !!

After repairing my top denture more than several times I went to the clinic met Tom, who, talked me through the process and came over as a professional and oh my goodness I'm not disappointed, only 3 visits and I have new top teeth that not only fit properly, I can open a vivid with my teeth,,, top marks, thank you
