J.Great service. They made an appointment at very short notice (same day) to look at a problem tooth for me when my usual dentist couldn't see me for weeks. Just had an appointment with the hygienist today, she is so friendly and made me feel more relaxed than I usually am at the dentist. Thank you.
D.Dr Bindra is the best dentist I have ever had and sets a really high bar for dentistry. So much so I am still using his services even though I now reside in Wellington. He is patient, kind and gentle. Always explains the issues very clearly and gives treatment options along with upfront costs. Having the CAD/CAM technology at his practice to be able to make crowns on the day of your appointment and then fit straight away, is fantastic and saves numerous visits. I have always been able to get in for an appointment in a timely manner, and if an urgent dental matter they make time for you on the same day. My only worry in leaving this review is that his patient base might grow so much I won't be able to get in for appointments so easily!
j.Dr Bindra has been my dentist since 2006. I would highly recommend him. He provides a thorough explanation of any problem and gives me the options available. When I have required urgent care the surgery have fitted me in promptly. My teeth also look great due to his care.
N.The best dental experience I've had (and I hate going to the dentist). I decided to go there from a recommendation. I had a 360 scan and some X-rays and found out that I needed treatment so I booked a time. I had four fillings done in one session and had no pain at all throughout the whole procedure. Everything was explained thoroughly and I will not hesitate going back there again. Thanks again Gautam and crew.
D.Since moving back to Taranaki 9 years ago I have been using this dentist. I have always been given clear explanations for any treatments I require and options to choose from. Great service and friendly staff, my oral health and teeth appearance has improved since lucking into their service. I highly recommend there service to anyone who values their teeth. 😁
m.I highly recommend Gautam Bindra as a dentist to attend. His staff are welcoming and he takes time to explain things well. He has patience for those who don’t tolerate dental procedures well. He has payment options, is caring in his manor and gentle in his work. Overall a very good experience.
D.I've been using this Dentist since 2003 and have found them to be very helpful and extremely patient. I have had a few major treatment done over the years, due to childhood dentistry and have been really happy with the work and the after care. I always feel very comfortable while i'm there and would highly recommend to anyone that cares to ask.We moved to Merrilands when we first arrived from Scotland, which is why we chose this practice, we have moved twice since then to other parts on New Plymouth but I have stayed with this dentist, i think that says it all :-). Z.Really good dentist! Will 100% continue going back. Had pain in one of my teeth and he got me in same day to check it out, then booked me in the next day for a root canal. Definitely recommend!
G.Had a similar symptom to the negative reviewers on here, many years ago. Pain in a tooth after treatment. However it was quickly sorted once I went back a few days later. A new x-ray showed the filling applying pressure on the top of the nerve. These things can happen. Can't honestly recall what the corrective treatment was, but it was certainly sorted very quickly. Always found the visits there to be very pleasant. Always intrigues the technologist in me to see what new equipment has arrived / been updated since my last visit. LOL This time noted an updated X-Ray in the main surgery, and what looks like a head/jaw CT scanner in the room next door. Anything that makes the problems easier to see has got to be good in the long term.
C.Brilliant service, was super nervous about getting my wisdom tooth pulled out but the team at Mangorei Dental Care were fantastic.

A.Dr is very good and detail. (Some might says he's too over the top). But making appointment there is difficult. Hygienist only available one day in a week and certain hours only, big filling only in the afternoons.... price wise is slightly on the expensive side too.
Only giving it 3 stars because of hard on making appointment, might give 4 stars if it's easier.
