O.Rough as, first time I've been hurt by a dentist injecting me with numbing solution! And, now that the numbing has worn off it's really sore where the needle went in. Never had that before??
BUT, on the flip side, I am super thankful to the surgery for fitting me in so quickly in order to deal with my two sore teeth.
Would have given 5 stars had the numbing injections not been so rough.
O.Not that I want to visit very often, but when I have to, the staff are always friendly & helpful. They try to keep one relaxed & make sure you feel comfortable. What do you expect??? Its a dentist 😄

l.I had been suffering from terrible tooth ache for months not being able to afford treatment at other clinics. Otorohanga Dentists were amazing !! I saw Dr Shireen and she was wonderful and very experienced. The nurses were friendly and reassuring. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful service.
J.My wife visited recently with a sore tooth. As advised she returned 2 times and paid what was asked for at the end of each visit, believing this was the full cost of treatment. A month later an unexpected bill arrived for the final treatment costs, all total $300.00. While happy enough with treatment we were disappointed in regard to transparency of treatment costs which would have altered the decision to return. Lesson learnt is don't be to shy to ask for total treatment cost at the outset.
