The most amazing and caring team. As someone who normally has sedation for fillings, a recent experience left me grateful beyond words. Went in thinking I'd need an extraction but the Amazing Grace filled the tooth with no sedation and just a local. No pain no discomfort and a genuine caring professional approach. I can't recommend these guys enough. Over the last few years they have restored my faith in dentists.

Dr Crystal Chow was absolutely fantastic. She is the first and only dentist I have been to who makes me feel relaxed and like I am in good hands. I had to have 6 teeth removed and opted for the IV sedation, which is a very reasonably priced option for those who are anxious at the dentist! I have never been so calm during a dental procedure. Crystal checked often to make sure I wasnt in pain and ensure that I knew exactly what was happening. Before removal of my teeth she clearly explained all of my options and their pros/cons. 10/10 Recommend seeing her! Dr Allan Young however, I regret ever seeing. He made me feel so ashamed and embarrassed about my teeth, and was incredibly arrogant and rude. He had a poor attitude and seemed to think he was the greatest dentist in the world, even though he messed up 2 fillings, which I later had fixed elsewhere, but it caused major issues with my bite and the way I had to eat. Overall, Broadway Dental is a good place but Crystal is by far the best dental professional I have ever met.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to have periodontal surgery; a root canal and a crown, Grace, Frances and the team did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. As an individual that has a fear of dentists, everyone was very gentle and kind to me. They explained what they did through every step of the process. Thanks Broadway Dental Centre!

Recently I had some dental work done including composite veneers, a crown and an implant at Broadway Dental Centre. On arrival, I have always been greeted by a cheerful and enthusiastic front desk team (Chai and Una). As a patient, the welcoming smiles have a calming effect especially when one does not yet know what to expect before meeting the dentist. The waiting room has magazines and newspapers as well as a very educational programme called “That Sugar Film”. My dentists Dr Grace and Dr Glenn and their dental assistants Anita and Karla are always so polite and professional. Dr Grace and Dr Glenn are so thorough and take the time to explain the treatment procedures in clear, understandable terms. The injections were painless and I hardly experienced any pain or discomfort after the dental procedures. A huge thank you to everyone for always being so professional. I highly recommend the team at Broadway Dental Centre for all your dental needs!

Amazing, I was desperate to have a tooth extracted as I was in excruciating pain and leaving on family trip the following day. Emailed at 4am, reception called as soon as they opened, had tooth out at 11am, was advised of the risks of flying and that I may need to see someone on holiday if things went wrong. Crystal was exceptional and highly skilled, was called whilst on holiday to check if all was well, it was, and couldn't imagine the holiday going ahead without their help. Saved the trip for sure, highly recommend . Thanks.

I’d like to personally thank Dr Lorraine and Chloe, as a child I always use to be terrified of going to the dentist but now I’m not. They’re so friendly and always ask if you’re okay and tell you what they’re going to do next! 100% recommend them both 🤩

Had to get my tooth extracted. The dentist who extracted the tooth was amazing she was so nice and so good I didnt feel a thing. I would have given 5 stars but the rest of the staff were horrible. The receptionist was so rude I would of walked out if i wasnt in so much pain. And the first dentist who assessed me he was horrible. I have a auto immune disease that effects my teeth and he took one look and immediately judged me and made me feel like the smallest person in the world it was so intimidating I wanted to cry. I couldnt even tell him I have auto immune because I was fighting back tears. My partner asked for another dentist to do the extraction she made me feel so much better.

Had my check up done by Dr Chow she was very professional and helpful. Crystal & Angela the D.A's were both very friendly and made me feel very comfortable! Would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I had today hygienist and dental care done over one hour, very friendly and reassuring care ,it does not get better with Broadway dental.

Recently had Orthodontic treatment here and I’m ecstatic with my results :)!! Very friendly staff. I come here for my yearly clean and my hygienist is very gentle, professional and does a great job! Highly recommend.
