F.I have to say that for the two dental eqiupment purchases I have made from ICONA, my experience was excellent and satisfactory. The sale manager, Mr Nigel Griffith, made a wonderful job in demonstarting the features of the items, answering my questions clearly, providing training and after purchase support; and organising a visit for me to another dental practice in order to inspect another equipment . The feeling I have got that ICONA is a credible and commited to its customers. I am more than happy to do more business in the future..
16/02/2022..I just want to say that Nigel and Mike, are so prompt in solving an issue that I have had with recently purchased x Ray. They diagnosed the problem, and fixed it very quickly. I have to say that I do trust Icona , represented by Nigel Griffin. I am very happy to do business with Icona.
J.We have purchased x-ray equipment from Icona and I could not be happier with the level of service we have received. Nigel always goes out of his way to ensure that everything is running smoothly. I will turn to them next time I need a piece of equipment. I would highly recommend to anyone searching for dental equipment.
