V.That was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Amazing staff and great communication. They have an appointment reminders by SMS and Southern Cross Insurance easy claim which is useful. I do strongly recommend this place.
L.Last Saturday I had an urgent tooth extraction. Ross was brilliant and very friendly, he made me feel very comfortable through the procedure. Also thanks to the lovely receptionists they were so helpful - If it wasn't for this team I would of been in alot of trouble! Thankyou so much🙂
I.Very outstanding dentist! From the beginning Judy made me feel that I am in good hands and that I've chosen the right dentist. I felt taken seriously and felt very comfortable. I felt very appreciated that they even blocked some extra time in case I needed it-which I luckily didn't.

G.I've had issues with one wisdom tooth for the past year and have had to visit Lumino a few times over that period when it was infected. Every single member of staff I've dealt with since then have been so warming and empathetic. I finally got it taken out by Ross with help from his wife and they made me feel so at ease and not at all worried about the extraction. He did it with ease and made me feel completely comfortable! The team here make going to the dentist a pleasure (well, as much as it could be). Thank you again team!
T.Highly recommend this dental practice and hygienist. I was very nervous about my dental appointment having not been for many years. All the staff were very friendly and the service was great. They did a great job on fixing up my teeth and the follow up with the dental hygienist was a great experience too. I now go to the hygienist every 6 months. A.The Frankton Dental Clinic is a fantastic clinic to go to too get any dentistry done. I had a general check-up (years over due) and a filling. You are first greeted by the lovely receptionist/office manager who was smiley and helpful. I then saw Angela (dentist) who made me feel at ease the moment I walked into her room. She was friendly and chatty (not over chatty). She kept me informed me of everything that was going to be done throughout the consultation, which personally made me relax more. The over all experience was excellent and I would have no hesitation of recommending this clinic to people.
K.A big thank you to Angela and the team at Frankton Dental, did a fantastic job on improving my peg lateral teeth with composite resin, and I’m so happy! Friendly, knowledgeable, comforting, competent, just want you want from a dentist.
W.Holly and the team are absolute magicians. I broke my front two (top) teeth, they had root canals and needed crowns. Frankton Dental used computer modelling software to map my bite, build crowns that not only replace my current teeth, but improve my bite. She made small corrections to the teeth either side of my front two. Their hygienist made everything pearly white, and I'm proud to smile again. Highly recommend them.

M.I’m Korean who had a wonderful emergency treatment there. Last summer I was travelling South Island and I got severe toothache. I visited 2 dentists and one said I needed root canal which would take 4weeks and the other dentist didn’t even figure out which tooth was problem. One Saturday night, I couldn’t hold it with painkiller anymore and just called several dentists and left some message and one dentist from here called and said she could help. It was Sunday next day and she did superb job. She said it was for temporal but when I visited a dentist back in Korea, my dentist said it looked so fine and I could use it as long as there’s no pain.
It’s more than half a year passed and I just wanted to thank you again.
