Dan and the team were amazing . Our 8 year old nearly 9 at the time was very shy and embarrassed by her teeth. Dan was the man. He reassured he would help her , the team made sure she was comfortable and within 12 months she had a beautiful smile with perfectly straight teeth using the Invisalign treatment. It gave her confidence, we highly highly recommend Dan.The treatment plan was easy and stress free. Even for a 8-9 year old. We live 3.5 hours away and majority of the treatment was done virtually via a app and they were more than happy to work with us when we did have to travel in for appointments . All the staff were all well knowledgeable and it was pleasant to visit them for appointments. The practice is very well run, clean, sterile and inviting . From a very happy mum and dad

Our 15 year old son has had over two years of service with Dan and his team, and is now the proud owner of fabulous straight and aligned teeth. Dan is always efficient and professional, as well as warm and genuinely interested in what's happening in the kids' lives. The rest of the team are friendly and also do an amazing job. Thanks Dan and team - we are already back with you for the next teenager.

Being a senior person, I was hesitant about whether I would be a suitable candidate for Invisalign but Dan and his team allayed my fears and after 14 months I now have beautiful straight teeth and feel more confident to smile again. I was looking at getting invisalign. After Googling some practices, I came across Dan Smethurst. My experience had been amazing. My very first appointment to discuss invisalign, was not pushy at all. They encouraged me to make informed decisions and gave me booklets with information and did a 3D scan. I'm nearing the end of my invisalign journey and could not be more stoked with the results and finding a practice like this. The staff are lovely, experienced and professional. Any questions or requests I have had, they have met. I live two hours away and going to this practice has been worth the drive. Thanks guys ❤️❤️❤️

It takes us 6 hours round trip to see Dan and his team for my two daughters orthodontic treatments (which we have travelled every 8 weeks for the past 3 years between the two treatments) IT IS SO WORTH IT!!! Professional, friendly, with the very best technology. I highly recommend Dan and his team, such a beautiful and professional job of my daughters teeth. They are just amazing!

Dan & his team have been amazing through-out the whole process. Every-time I had an appointment all of team were smiling and happy to be there. I had invisalign for 14 weeks & build ups (done by my dentist) on two of my teeth. The results were AMAZING, I am so happy with what Dan was able to achieve in such a short period of time. When you have a kid whose teeth are not straight or there are other issues, maybe like our son where the molars top and bottom are so far out of alignment you don't know what to do, who should you call... Dan Smethurst. Dan and his team are wonderful people, who professionally put together a plan to get things straight. They really understand kids and what's needed to be done.

I had wanted braces to correct some complex teeth and bite issues for years, but it hadn't been a high budget priority, and I was unsure whether braces would even be able to help. Last year I finally booked an appointment with Dan, Cheryl and their team to discuss what could be done, and they immediately put me at ease with their professionalism, confidence, and assurance that they could help. Invisalign treatment turned out to be straightforward for me and worked well with my lifestyle … I was able to remove the retainers for short periods each day and see improvements happening quite rapidly. The treatment has been easier than I expected making me wish I had asked years ago! Just over a year down the track I'm finished with treatment and am onto maintenance and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you!

Where to start! My experience with the team at Avenue Orthodontics was awesome. From when you first walk in the door, the receptionist Suzanne was polite, organised and helpful trying her best to book your next appointment at a time that suits you, through to Dan and his assistants who are all highly skilled, professional and helpful at each visit. For years I didn’t think that I would ever get my teeth to be straight and that I would have to continue trying to avoid smiling in photos but now having completed my two years of orthodontic treatment I don’t have to worry. The final result was worth every penny. Their low deposit requirements and interest free payment plan make the process easy and affordable. I am so thankful for all your work. I will recommend Avenue Orthodontics to anyone wanting treatment.

I used to go to Dan back in 2005 and 2007. He was an awesome orthodontist, always smiling and upbeat. I was always happy to come to the clinic and am still happy with the results 13 years later.

I have been on such an incredible journey with Dan and the team at Avenue Orthodontics over the last 6 years .. The transformation for my teeth is next to none, and the confidence obtained - well, you can't put a price on it. With that being said - it is an investment - when you work it out over a lifetime, it really is like counting pennies. They have a low deposit, and interest free payment plan, which absolutely suited my lifestyle, and was affordable. I have seen some comments about the receptionist and I must disagree - Suzie is fantastic at her job - efficient, organised, and always a pleasant smile in person and over the phone. I don't believe rudeness has ever occurred to me there, it is a friendly, well-run ship, and professionalism is key. A sad day to be saying "goodbye" but thats because Dan created perfection - Highly recommend! A+++

New Colgate Electric Toothbrush I've had braces for around two years and all the toothbrushes I have used is painful on my teeth and never fully gets into all niggly spots between my brackets. The new Colgate toothbrush vibrates which means that is soft on my teeth and smooth operating. The toothbrush is battery operated and I've had mine for just over 8 weeks and haven't needed to change them yet, meaning you don't have to worry about charges. I love this toothbrush and highly recommend it.

I first met the Avenues Orthodontics team with a set of very problematic teeth, and after going through my treatment with them I am very happy with the results! The team is very skilled and professional, and offer great friendly service each and every visit. They have been very cooperative in helping me get the appointment times that best suited my schedule and I would highly recommend them.

We called today to get an emergency appointment to fix two broken wires on my young daughters braces, they found a slot, fitted us in and sorted the issue and then would not accept payment. WOW We were not even a client of theirs. You don't get service like this everyday. totally impressed.
