S.I've been going to Lumino on Willow Street for years. Friendly professional staff are always welcoming and do great work. I've never had a bad experience here and dental work and hygienist visits are basically pain free. Highly recommended.
My only gripe is the removal of the dental fish aquarium from the waiting room! I understand this was a head office decision, not a good one! Bring back the fush! 😲

L.I am one of many people who have a phobia for needles and dentists and a general fear of pain related procedures. Over the phone Lisa from the Willow street, Tauranga practice, was understanding and compassionate and explained to me the process and benefits of oral sedation. It is for this reason that I followed through with an appointment. Dr Johannes Van Der Walt and his amazing nurse Robbie took such great care of me, before, during and after my dental work. It is rare to experience service that goes above and beyond the expected norms. Thank you all at Lumino, Willow Street, for your care and dedication to your patients.
