I went to this surgery with 2 broken teeth this morning. I saw Melody she was very caring and explained the options clearly to me so that I could make an informed decision. Her chair side manner was amazing, she has such a caring and down to earth attitude. She did a brilliant job and even helped to distract me while getting the anesthetic by encouraging me to wiggle my toes, it worked, it was painless. Thanks Melody you made a very stressful situation into a really pleasant one.

Have couple times of check, and a extraction/filling with Dr.Melody, who is very professional, nice and patient. The front desk staff is also very nice. Would recommend here to everyone who need a dental check.

I needed emergency dental care for a broken tooth over the Christmas break. They organized an appointment for me very quickly (the next day after I phoned on a Sunday). The dentist was excellent, she explained all the options to me and then did a great job with my tooth. The bill was even less than I had anticipated which was a welcome relief! Very impressed with the service I received.

Having to find a new dentist is stressfull when you move to a new area, however I found Dr Charlotte extremely helpful and professional. Service was great especially for my grandchildren, very patient and skilled at getting little ones to settle and be checked, leaving them with no fear of commming back for another visit. I would recommed this service to others,and a year on I am still very happy after having older fillings replaced.

3 stars from us- mum got her dentures and she’s happy with them so thank you for that. What stopped us rating Capital Dental higher? - no on-site wheelchair for patients - last minute proposed changes to booking days - no communication with Power of Attorney (despite details on file) meant no arrangements were in place with mum’s resthome and booking had to be rescheduled. - Overall, my experience was its not really set up to deal with resthome patients and their families smoothly. We got there in the end, mum's happy which is what matters. Just not without some (avoidable) difficulty.

Exceptional service. They make you feel relaxed. Dentist consults with you, and even looks for best priced options. All staff have a good working relationship and include you. The only time I would visit a dentist was when I had no choice. I don't even do reviews how ever, these people make a difference.

I would recommend this dentist. Very helpful and caring. Went in with a very infected tooth and in a lot of pain. They saw me straight away and gave me a script for antibiotics. When they pulled my tooth, I did not feel a thing. I will go back there again.

I think Upper Hutt Dental Centre is truly very good. Every aspect is an enjoyable ( as much as dentistry can be enjoyable ) experience. I have never encountered any dentist or any other staff member at the centre to be anything but friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and organised. And I can speak for years of attendance. I'm sure if my teeth could speak they would uphold my view.

I have been to this Dental Ctr for many years and have always had great service and honesty with the priority of the work needing to be done.Dental is never going to be cheap and I certainly do have a dentist I put all my confidence in.The office staff are always very courteous and helpful as is the dentists chair side assistant.It is not a painful visit in this clinic as great attention is given to each patients requirements.
