Staying in the area temporarily and have had a toothache for a few days. Called the clinic this morning and was super stoked to be accommodated same day. Dr Bjorn is hilarious and very personable. Not a problem to have consult info sent through to my hometown dentist for follow up. Thanks team, really appreciate!

I recently went to Lumino Silverstream after I got a sudden toothache and needed an appointment urgently. I’m terrified of the dentist and as such, have avoiding going as much as I should have. I can honestly say that this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Kathryn and her assistant were so lovely, took all my fear and nerves into consideration and made sure I was comfortable and understood what needed to be done or what they were doing each step of the way. I felt listened to and supported the whole time. I was also embarrassed about not having been to the dentist but I felt no judgement and they were both super kind about it. I now feel like I have the confidence to go back for a check up because the experience was so positive. Highly recommend.

Staff are so kind and accommodating and very empathetic. I had a wisdom tooth removed by Bjorn (sorry if I got the name wrong) and he was so friendly and explained everything as it went which really helped me to stay calm. Definitely recommend!
