Exceptional service; as a first-time customer I required 'urgent dental' and I was so pleased with the personal response, greeted on arrival at surgery, and procedure explained clearly with options by the dentist, including price estimates. Very pleasant staff and while a dentist visit is not high on my 'things to do' it was made as good an expereince as possible. Recommended.

Excellent experience. Walked in expecting a check up, X-ray and another appointment to remove a tooth that abscessed. Instead Elizandro did the extraction in half an hour on the spot...painlessly I might add. Normally am terrified of dentists. He is deft and efficient but with a warm friendly manner. I highly recommend him and intend to go back for more work on my neglected teeth. Very sweet receptionist too that went out of her way to ensure I got an urgent last minute appointment.

I have been with the clinic for just over a year now and have had the best experience every time I went. Extremely competent dentist and hygienist that take the time to explain every part of your treatment which is amazing. Staff at reception are always incredible helpful and super friendly as well. Quick in responding via email to get an appointment and never hard to get hold of 'm on the phone either. you'll get text messages before your appointment to remind you and the option to change if you have to which I find very helpful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

i highly recommend Capital Dental Newtown. I am one of those patients that went to the annexe dental training school on Tinakori Rd, Thorndon, as a child. So I've always been very anxious visiting the dentist most of my life. This team is highly professional and completely focused on what the customer needs. 5 stars + from me

Great dental surgery. I've seen one of the dentists and the dental hygienist and they were both wonderful. I'm a really nervous patient, but they were professional, kind, and took the time to explain what they were doing, which made it the most relaxing dental experience I've ever had! I also got heaps of useful tips on how to take better care of my teeth. Best dentist I've ever been to. Highly recommended.

One of the nicest dentists I have been to. Clifford is gentle and caring and spends time telling you what he is doing which I find very helpful. I can't believe I had a new crown put on and not once did I feel any pain. I would thoroughly recommend Capital Dental.

This is a fantastic team, especially Dr Clifford Lee, one of the best dentists I've visited over the last decade. I recently visited him and his team a few times. Every and each time their services were exceptionally good. I mean they never spare to go out of their way to provide you out-of-your- expectations service, which were way over the money they charge. A fantastic team of professional, knowledgeable and caring staff. Receptionists were accommodating and went beyond to help and fit appointments around my schedule. Dentists were effective, gentle, and informative. It was especially useful that the dentists gave me advice on what products and daily care are best for me to enhance my dental health. I have also had an excellent experience at The Terrace branch.

This dentist is fantastic. I tried other dentists and have settled on this one. My dentist was extremely gentle and took the time to explain things to me. They are also very affordable and overall the vibe is really comforting. I am naturally distrustful of dental clinics but this clinic is incredible. These guys are really friendly and awesome dentists. I have been to see Jess twice now, and both times she explained things really well and made sure that I knew what was going on. She took time to explain how to care for my teeth better too. I recommended her to my girlfriend and she has been impressed too.

These guys straightened my teeth beautifully in only 5 months (with Fast Braces). The staff are beyond lovely and I am no longer an anxious dental visitor! Honestly, I put off having a brace for years and Jess made it so easy and pleasant. The hygienists are also great and I no longer have gum disease. Highly recommended.

Honestly so blown away by this Dental Centre. I was immediately put at ease by the friendliness of the team and very impressed by the care and thoroughness of my dentist. He took the time to answer each question I had and I never felt rushed. To top it all off, the price I paid was quite affordable.

Without a doubt, I highly recommend Capital Dental Newtown. As I am in the medical sector myself, I understand the level of effort they put into their clinic to provide professional, welcoming and excellent care. People of note that I need to commend - Carrie is so onto it, it's never been so easy to organise an appointment. Also such a great person to chat to whilst waiting (which is not very long) - My dentist Constance is amazing. I have had bad experiences with other dentists, but Constance is very caring and thorough. I wish she could even do braces so that I wouldnt need to see other dentists haha

One of the best dentist I have ever been too. Isha is so sweet, totally understanding. Doesn't make you feel bad for neglecting your teeth! Is quick, painless and very affordable. I usually only ever go to the dentist when I'm beyond pain but Isha is so good at what she does and makes you feel so safe and we'll looked after, I'm getting every little cavity filled before they are an issue. I cannot rate her high enough and I'm even Making my family members go visit. If you are looking for a dentist and are scared or worried about cost or skill please go see Isha. She is one in a million and you will not regret it!

I went t see constance with a missing front tooth veneer that had already been going on for four months. I was at my wits end and it was very stressful not having a front tooth. She managed to send me t the right tooth maker and instal it correctly so that hopefully it will stay. this was much cheaper than a quote I was given elsewhere and they wanted to put an implant in. I am so thankful for constance as she knows what she is doing.

As a client of Capital Dental for probably 30 years, maybe more , let me state that I have 100 percent confidence in their knowledge and expertise, and that they have always endeavoured to give professional assistance to the patient. In some cases this may include discussions with the patient's GP, for example if the patient has had a recent operation. As mentioned I am a long term patient of Capital Dental and have no desire to see anyone else.

She was patient and took me through the steps I needed to take to prevent further wear and tear on my chompers without the usual judgement that comes from the dentist.
