I took my friend's father to get a new set of dentures for his upper jaw. It took seven visits of around five to ten minutes for James to complete the process. It turned out that the dentures on his lower jaw were worn and in need of replacing (as his bite was now altered) and James didn't want to make poor fitting dentures that would exacerbate the old guy's incorrect bite. I found James to be fantastic with my friend's father. His mannerism is professional and respectful. He was mostly on time for all our visits.

I went to James early March 2020 with a VERY loose top denture which would only stay in with a lot of dental glue. It is now mid may 2020 and I have not had to use glue yet after this refit. James was very clear and transparent which made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend James and his team .Karen. My dates are incorrect should read 2021

I recently took my mother to see James, as she had been complaining for some months that her false teeth were slipping, and not fitting very well. James checked Mum's dentures, and found that they were very loose and quite worn. Mum has been struggling with Alzheimer's. Unfortunately, her memory was particularly bad that day. She forgot that she had been unhappy with her teeth, and therefore didn't think that she needed a new set. James really impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge, but especially with his kindness and consideration. He dealt with the situation in a compassionate and helpful manner. He told Mum that, although her teeth were very worn and loose, they weren't causing any damage to her gums. Thank you so much, James. It's very reassuring to know that there is no damage to Mum's gums at present. If she does have any issues in future, I wouldn't hesitate to bring her back to see you. I'm confident she would receive outstanding care and top class dentures.

My aunt from Malaysia was concerned that her denture was wearing thin. I rang James in the morning and he was kind enough to fit us in for a consultation an hour later. During the consultation, James checked my aunt’s denture and reassured her that it was okay, but that she needed to get one of her teeth extracted before it caused further complications. Throughout the consultation, James was very attentive and patient. He also spoke to us in mandarin which I think calmed my aunt’s nerves and made her feel comfortable. James was also very friendly and spent a lot of time giving us the information we need and making sure we understand. Overall, we had a very positive experience at the Denturist and would highly recommend them. Thanks again James!

Excellent...In the space of 1 year I took my mother-in-law and my mum to James to assess their well used denture's and to seek the best advice. All the way through this process James was always courteous, professional and accommodating to ensure my mum's experience was a calm one, ensuring we understood. I will not hesitate to refer anyone to first have a chat with James about your own denture concern's its not that scary as you might think. Thanks James best wishes in the future, Hamant :-)

Removed my original negative review as it was on the previous owner and nothing to do with James with whom we had an in depth consultation today, he is knowledgeable, articulate and welcoming. He gave several different options and offered to consult with our dentist even if it meant he would go see them at no cost to us. So based on that this a new review based on our meeting with James today.
