Dr. Yvonne has been amazing throughout my treatments. She is always friendly and caring, and really passionate about what she does. Her approach is very smooth and calming, I can't help but falling asleep sometimes during procedures. Also great communication. I'm really glad to have found her as my dentist!

Haven't visited the dentist in 13 years and today was a good experience. So glad they could see me the next day from which i inenquired about making the appointment. Helen did a wonderful job explaining and taking care of my tooth extraction. Her bedside manner was amazing and kept me at ease as I was anxious at coming to the dentist. Her assistant was wonderful too but I didn't catch her name. And the receptionist is very prompt in emailing you back asap which I appreciated. So glad I chose this dentist.

Yvonne was a great communicator and was very helpful for me when getting my wisdom teeth out. I would highly recommend her to other patients. She made me feel comfortable and would always answer my questions whenever I need reassurance. Really lovely person. - Ilai Daymond

The staff were very thoughtful and professional. I have anxiety going to see the dentist and this was an emergency situation where I cracked my tooth so I was very happy with Yvonne Chai. She was sensative and explained what she planned to do without doing a play by play and got my consent before going forward. The drugs also helped. I might leave my regular dentist. The equipment was also modern and the environment kept tidy and clean. I liked the ceilings, too, sconces, details in whitwash. Very soothing. I have to go back in two weeks. I hope it’s as good.

I chose this dentist specifically for there payment option of afterpay and what I got, was a very professional and friendly dentistry. Staff are very friendly and understanding. I made an appointment with Dr Helen. She was very understanding of my situation and explained in detail what I had going in regards of my visit. Definitely recommended. 👌🏾 5 out of 5.

My daughter needed an appointment during Xmas break when it is so difficult to find anyone open so was glad to discover them. The administration service was very helpful and efficient and the dentist she saw was very kind and professional.

I called late in the afternoon after looking for a dentist in the area that offerd Afterpay. Not only was I lucky enough that the amazing Dr Singh himself answered the phone but he managed to get me an urgent appointment that day. Awesome service and honest consult. I will not be using any other dentist now. Thank you Real Dentistry!

Being nervous of dentists I was not very keen for my appointment, however, after meeting the staff and Dentist Max I very soon felt completely comfortable. Everything was explained in great detail and I felt nothing as the dentist did my filling. What a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Dr Max and the team at Real Dentistry. Fantastic service!!!

I found Gurpinder Singh’s dental practice ‘Real Dentistry’ to be not only very professional but fair priced. Very clean and tidy clinic. All the staff were friendly and I trusted his opinions on the care of my dental health. Not like going to the mechanics at all! 5 stars

Real Dentistry is very good, my dentist Dr Singh did a great job of bridging my two lower front teeth and it was a challenge, he did a spot on job seeing that I have gum problems and I am very happy with the result. I would recommend Real Dentistry to anybody who needs a good dentist.

I'm a dentist chair crier and Helen was amazing. I felt no pain after one injection which would normally have me in tears and even fell asleep during the drilling of a broken and badly decayed front tooth, a normally traumatic experience was made painless. Professional and friendly service. Excellent customer service they make you feel welcomed and a stress free process. They were more worried about my infected wisdom tooth and the pain I was in that payment didn't even come up once until I asked. They are miles cheaper than others if you are worried about cost and they have payment options that the receptionist will be happy to take you through. Highly recommended and I will go here from now on.

I recently moved to Wellington and needed to find a dentist for a broken tooth..Helen and the team at Real Dentistry provided excellent, prompt and respectful service..I am very happy with the work done and the level of care all round ..I recommend the team at Real Dentistry..their website is also easy to navigate, informative and provides an online booking option .

Very professional friendly service. They managed to get me in within 24 hours, gave me different options to either save my tooth or take it out and followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure everything was ok. Would highly recommend.

First visit. Called and they picked up straight away with friendly quick booking. Experiencing jaw pain but could t afford more than a regular checkup. They gave me a free full X-ray anyway! Top marks for them. Explained everything fully and simply. Great service and care. Well recommended.

I've had a great experience with Real Dentistry in Kilbirnie. Staff are attentive and provide great follow-up care as well. I feel well-informed throughout with options for treatment and payment.

I have struggled to find a dentist that I feel comfortable with and been to 5 different dental practices over the last 11 years. When I met Tiff I left the practice feeling that I have a dental “plan” for my dental journey. Tiff explained each step of the journey and also the associated cost. The work done thus fas has been really thorough and any concerns are addressed. My children enjoys their visits as Tiff has the ability to diminish any fear or angst. I can highly recommend this awesome dental practice.

I called the practise as I urgently needed an appointment for my nephew who is travelling in NZ.. I was calling from the UK and was so lucky to speak to a lady by the name of Amore. If only all companies employed staff like this lady !! She went out of her way to sort out an appointment . She was polite, helpful, reassuring and so professional.
