Kim the Dental Hygienist , is amazing, warm, friendly , keeps you informed about what she is doing and is quick too ! Reception is welcoming and efficient. The txts you receive reminding you about your appointment are timely and helpful for busy people.

My Dentist was amazing! Very considerate and thorough. Genuinely cares about clients health and well-being and dental care. Not to mention, they were great with my mask exemption card (some company’s have turned me away).

The reception staff are efficient and pleasant - I contacted them at least twice (spaced apart several weeks) to check on the duration of my appointment (getting a crown) - and they replied almost immediately both times. Gavin's use of technology and his willingness to explain everything is impressive. Furthermore, he is very understanding in terms of people's personal circumstances. During 2020 I was unable to work because of serious illness in my whānau. Consequently, when Gavin detected a tooth that needed to be crowned, I told him I couldn't afford the procedure at that time. Gavin replied that I should get in touch when I was able to do the procedure, but that I should contact him if there was any problem with the tooth. I really appreciated his understanding. Gavin's assistant is also highly experienced, calm, efficient and pleasant. This is a great practice!

A fantastic and very professional team that is very focused on the patient experience. Cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough.

Suresh was extremely knowledgable and professional. I hadn't been to the dentist for a few years and he formed a plan for better dental hygiene and care going forward. Kim the hygienist was also fantastic - gave me lots of great hints and tips and I came out feeling sparkly fresh. I'll definitely be back! Thank you.

I have already recommended the practice to a number of friends and family. The service was exceptional - caring and well tailored. It was also noticeably a step up on other dental work I have received from others recently - particularly the use of technology (and the time taken to explain that technology).

I am extremely grateful to have been in Laura's hands. She is an amazing friendly dentist. I felt very confortable with her even though my English is not so good :) I was also very impressed by the fact they use BPA free products for feelings! Probably the only place in Wellington. Thanks for putting in our mouths healthy products. Thank you again Laura and her friendly colleagues.

Thank you Gavin, Georgia and team for achieving an incredible result for my daughter Isabella. Gavin was professional and thorough from start to finish, clearly providing us with all treatment options so that we felt well informed in making the right choice. Gavin and Georgia were attentive and communicative with Isabella, putting her at ease during her Fastbraces treatment. Initially James and now Laura, as James was unavailable at one stage, have both proven to be stunning dentists. It’s so important to be able to trust the expertise of ones dentist, to be put at ease and to know you are in the best most gentle and capable hands possible. Wellington Dental practice's friendly and expert staff made my visit a pleasure. Over and above the call of duty: I really appreciate the help James Talbot gave me putting on a difficult-to-attach earring after I had a cone beam scan.

I would highly recommend Gavin Cho to anyone – he is the best. Since I joined recently as a new patient he has done an amazing job of my tooth implant and filled a tooth which I thought was unfixable after a chunk broke off. Gavin is an excellent dentist – very experienced, informative and kind. I wish I had heard about him years ago. Everyone at TWDP are friendly and lovely to deal with. Thank you TWDP!

I first was referred to Dr. James Talbot after a badly broken front tooth needed to come out. Although it was an unfortunate event, I'm very happy to have been seen by Dr. Talbot and Grace (I have since referred both my mom and my husband to see Dr. Talbot as well). My 19 month old actually also chipped a tooth and Dr. Laura Ichim and Jodie were gentle yet effective with checking him for the AAC form. Everyone has been friendly and informative every visit- it truly makes visiting the dentist a joy!

What a great team! Although visiting the dentist is not one of my most preferred regular events, I cannot speak highly enough of Jeff and Jodie. Total professionals!

What a Great Experience and Superb Service we received from our first Consultancy with Dr Gavin Cho to our last visit when the fast braces were removed. We highly recommend TWDP as their staff (Sylvia & Anna) are always accommodating to our needs especially last minute appointment changes. Welcoming Reception environment always time for a quick George (Espresso). We have now made this our dental practise for even after the fast braces as they are A Brilliant Working Team who make you fell like family. Thank you for my daughters beautiful straight white teeth she loves showing them off. Nii T Mills & Mum😍😁

Fantastic dentist and reasonably priced considering they are in the middle of the city. Laura is lovely, as is her assistant and the reception staff.
