Gus and the team are beyond amazing. They managed to accommodate my son on a last minute booking and explained all steps and procedures to me. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and kindness. We will definitely all be making Gus and his team our go to Dentists for our family. Thanks guys, have a great Christmas! Oh and ALL of the ladies at reception/front desk are so friendly and helpful. Made for such a wonderful experience.

I was very impressed with the treatment I received at Gentle Dental . Nicky, the receptionist was very helpful while Deep Joshi the dentist was exceptionally professional and explained clearly the options I had available for my treatment. Dr Payne is absolutely lovely and excellent. He is trustworthy and very gentle with the treatment. He is patient and listens to all your concerns. My partner is very scared of receiving dental work and even she found his care amazingly good. We sadly had to move away from Whangarei for work but for the 4 years of care we have received , we had no negative thing. He is a true value to the community.

Such a pleasent experience, i had everything explained to me during the appt. He gave me the options i could choose from for treatment, and also got a follow up phonecall. The price was also fair and reasonable. All in all i was very please with my appointment, the service and the staff were pleasent and made me feel ultra comfortable! I wouldnt go anywhere else now...... THANKS GUYS
