I have finally found a great local dentist service. Shontelle is the most amazing receptionist and had been very helpful when booking and rearranging my appointments. Kim is so warming and friendly and this was the first time my clean did not hurt and as for Matt my dentist he is the most professional dentist I have met both in Australia and New Zealand. Prices are very competitive and the service is 10/10.

Fantastic service! Matt is so gentle and kind, especially in dealing with my dental anxiety. They are a bit expensive but I found it pretty reasonable for the quality of service and dedication to the clients.

These guys are simply the best Dentist and Hygienist I have ever used and i'm getting on a bit😁. They are careful, helpful and really know what they are doing. I have worked in the dental industry for years and have had many years of painful scale and cleans. Kim made this process so relaxing!! I tried numbing jel and local anesthetic. I could relax completely! Well done Kim 😄

Shontelle is a very friendly receptionist, Matt is very calm and considerate. The clinic is super sterile. They know they're stuff. I missed the instruction about not drinking through a straw... The surgery was quick and clean, hardly any pain. My new false teeth are a bit of a mouthful, and look identical to my auntie's. I was expecting them to look a little like my teeth.

I am absolutely petrified of the dentist - until after my visit to Tikipunga Dental. Such a lovely team, put at ease, and painless! Offers sedation, which is a huge plus for me. Once we're out of Level 3 conditions, I'm going to book my children in to see them here as well. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Squeezed me in for an emergency filling. So welcoming and professional. Matt so kind, patient and professional. Explains what he is doing as he progresses. Talks so nicely to his assistant. Great music playing quietly in the background too.

Like most people, I have fear of pain when having dental repairs. From the moment your enter Tikipunga Dental, you are greeted with a warm relaxing atmosphere. You can see the professional presentation and this is complimented while sitting in the dental chair, having Matt making you feel relaxed with light humor. I have never experienced any pain after leaving Matt's dental chair. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed Both my visits with Matt and Kim, they were both informative on my oral journey and what needs to be done 😁 I will see you again in the next few weeks, I have been to a couple of dentists in the Whangarei area, but Tikipunga Dental Centre by far trumps the rest, hence I will return, and Shontelle at reception was helpful and cheery.
