J.I don’t understand why this family medical centre gets such bad ratings? I’ve been here for almost a year now and they’re always efficient when it comes to updating and letting me know what I need to do. Dr Wei Long is amazing and I’d highly recommend her expertise because she cares about you and makes sure you always know the next step
C.Very excellent doctors, Nice, helpful and proficient receptionists (a rare find) and a comfortable waiting room. Wait times can be long (like absolutely every other doctors office on earth) but once in you are never rushed through - quite the opposite - very thorough caring doctors.
A.When I call to book an appointment I can always see my GP within a few days. Sometimes they are running late but it is due to the quality of service and probably a lot of things that are out of their control. The GP's are excellent, they listen to you and put you at ease immediately. Would highly recommend.
S.Excellent doctors.. the best i have been to !! very patient and caring staff. and always keep to appointment times. TOo bad that since i moved to christchurch a year ago, i have struggled to find a good doctor.
y.could you please let us know, why was no one pick up the call at 8:25am but you said is open at 8am. The phone answer machine keeps saying " you reach out of our service hours" poor service I would definitely say
K.Yes,sometimes they do run behind time but that is because everyone gets a thorough examination.
