S. R.Friendly, efficient, easy. I've been here 3 times (for ultrasound, MRI and x-ray) and they are friendly when booking, run right on time, have super nice staff, and get me in and out quickly. During Level 4 lockdown I sent emails to 2 places asking for an appointment. They called me, made a booking, got me in, and got my results back to my doctor before the other place even returned my call!
S. M.Have had a lot of dealings with auckland radiology. Very prompt on referels from doctors. Very polite and professional admin and clinical staff.
C. M.Great Service. A little delayed there as they had a full house but the wait was comfortable. Lynn did a fantastic Job applying a contrast line. She informed me of a Little scratch which amounted to me not knowing she had actually done it. Thanks Lynn.
The MRI team were fantastic. I've had a number of scans over the past year. This team puts you at ease all the way.
B. W.My wife did 3 times pregnany ultrasound scan，were pertectly done. Just a litter bit dispointing that they were not doing growth scan during level 3 even was 28 weeks long.
L.My husband had an appointment at Wairau branch for MRI today. He went there with our 14 months old baby as I had another appointment in Greenlane. I was 10 minutes late but my husband told me that the ladies at the reception and other staffs were so friendly, they took good care of the baby while he was changing his clothes. We have been many other radiologies for other reasons, but it was our first time to meet friendly staffs (especially the receptionists). We would like to thanks to the lovely ladies at ARG Wairau!
S. M.I had a growth scan with Sarah today and she was amazing! I dont need anymore scans now but if I did I would 100% make sure I had her again. I explained my difficulties of lying down for the scan and she accommodated me perfectly. Honestly one of the nicest techs I've had and I've met ALOT!!
T. R.They were nice enough but royally mucked up my appointment time so I had to come back another day. The radiologist is quite good though. Was able to detect some things that others did not in scans.
