Neelu is absolutely wonderful and provides a great and professional customer experience! I love our little catch ups at each session! Great knowledge of skin and experience in the field that has helped me get rid off scars on my face. Seen incredible difference in just few treatments. Highly recommended 🤩🤩🤙🤙😊😊

I have been using their laser hair removal treatments and I love the result. I used to worry about my facial hair but after 3rd visit I didn't need to go back for about 2 months and after 2 months there were still very minimal hair growth. ( Price wise, surprisingly very affordable, check out their monthly specials! ) As for the skin whitening laser treatment, the result really depends on the target skin, mine will definitely need more than 10 treatments. More than that, the staff are really accommodating, they have great knowledge on what they're doing, I hardly felt any pain during my treatments :)

I have been going to Neelu at Avana Cosmetics and Laser for years now. Neelu has always been soft-spoken, polite, friendly and yet professional. I have never ever seen a frown or a scowl on her face. Neelu goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable whilst providing you with the best beautician services she offers at her Clinic. Her prices are very reasonable and affordable. I have been going to Avana clinic for over 4 years. I can trust them with any concern I have as I know they will create a specific treatment for me which I get results the quickest way possible. Recently I visited them for a pigmentation issue I had on my face. They had a consultation with me and explained the whole procedure and what I should be expecting and most importantly in just 3 sessions, I got amzinzg results I could never Imagine.

Neelu and the team are totally amazing. I absolutely loved dealing with them. They are highly skilled and knowlegeable. Very reliable service. Great atmosphere and so quick in their work. Highly recommended for sure !

A recent top of the Art skin treatment (Pico genesis)from Avana was mind blowing. The treatment was thoroughly explained. With confidence Neelu answered my questions. Neelu is professional, caring and most important she understands skin. The results are phenomenal. I am amazed by the number of compliments from, "you look so youthful, your skin shines to what a clear tone of your skin". Loving the compliments. Recently I visited Avana Syliva Park for treatment of Melasma. Staff was professional and thoughout the whole treatment process staff member was checking to make sure I was OK and explaining what they were doing. I had a milia removal treatment at Avana Sylvia Park. This is the first time I tried plasma technology for milia removal and was so pleased that even the smallest of the bumps were removed. Neelu took good care of me after the treatment and throughout the recovery process. I am so happy with the procedure. Thank you Neelu.

I've been going to Avana the past half year for laser sessions ranging from 6 to 10 sessions on different areas on my body and am satisfied since day one. Unfortunately I could not go for more sessions as my visa ended but the service is great! I'm superhappy with my hairgrowth which takes months now to come back instead of days(this because I did not finish the required amount of sessions that make your hairgrowth dissapear for a couple of years). The staff is very friendly and helpful, the service is great and they have monthly deals which makes the treatments so much more attractive! Recommend!

I have been using their services for almost 3 years. They have a great laser that does a long lasting job with very little pain. After having done my initial sessions, I go back every 12 to 14 weeks for small touch ups. It turns out to be so much cheaper that getting waxed at a salon. The clinic is clean and private (passerby can't have a peak into your laser room, unlike another clinic downstairs at Sylvia Park) and the staff are professional and friendly.

I was a bit skeptical about having laser treatment to try and reverse my aging from the harsh NZ sun, but my wife talked me into it after a bit of excessive encouragement, I didn't care too much as I don't have to look at myself, others do, only cared what she looks like, also would rather have bought a new fishing rod. I ended up getting 3 treatments of facial laser on my face and back. I am shocked at this technology, the old man spots on my face have practically disappeared and the dark sun damage on my back, scabbed and actually fell off. This is probably the best money I have spent for a long time. The people who worked there were extremely courteous and they know their job. My wife reckons its taken tens years off me. Thanks Avana. Bloody good Job.

Friendly and attentive staff and a wide range of treatments available here. Neelu did my treatments and was always gentle and explained the process thoroughly. I highly recommend Avana!

I have been going to this place with my wife as she has been having laser hair removal treatment for past few months. Very friendly and professional staff, great customer service and reasonable pricing. The treatment has been very effective compare to other my wife has tried. Find the place for first time could be a challenge as google map doesn't point the right location. For assistance i could tell that this place is near cinema on upper level on left past toys and a fashion shop. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

What an amazing experience. I have struggled to find a place that actually had knowledge about the treatments they offer or recommend specific to me. The guidance around what was best for me was very professional and never did I once feel as they wanted to just sell me treatments of a menu card/service list. 👍Thankyou guys I wish I came here first before all the other places I have been to.🤦🏻‍♂️

Friendly staff, place was very tidy. Went in for a tattoo laser removal treatment. The laser was very modern, treatment was very quick, minimal pain and the treatment left no blisters. Will be back soon :)
