I feel so lucky to have been recommended Iain. After 4 months of a seriously locked and painful lower back (and physio that reduced the pain but didn't treat the root of the problem) I had 2 sessions of osteo/acupuncture with Iain, pain was gone and I was able to move normally again. Almost magic. Also great vibes and wonderful chats : )

I am quite surprised and impressed at how effective a few sessions of osteo with Iain have been. I went in feeling off balance with cramps in both my calves, a knee strain and my plantar fasciitis really quite painful. His physical manipulation and advice have eased my discomfort, loosened cramps and helped me feel more aligned and therefore moving more correctly. This past weekend I did a 5km barefoot walk - something that hasn’t happened in almost 12 months! Great work Iain.

Hi Not sure what to talk about first, Iain as an amazing osteopath or Iain an awesome guy/conversationalist. Before seeing Iain I had lower back pain for almost a year and started to accept it as normal. I drifted between a few other practitioners with very average/poor results. In my first session with Iain, through explanation I got more of an understanding of my situation in one hour than in the previous 12 months! In a handful of sessions & an exercise plan my back pain has dissipated and it back to a normal. I think he could be an undercover miracle worker!

I have tried out quite a few health practitioners for both long and short term imbalances and Iain is by far the most effective. So nice to feel the tension and pain disappear, and more movement and ease return to my body! Very professional, welcoming, able to adapt to your needs, and all in a lovely space. Iain is a fantastic Osteo and just a great all round guy to talk too. His facilities are very comfortable and he makes you feel right at home. Iain was able to fix my issue on my first visit which I have never had before, he really knows his stuff! I highly recommend his services 😁👍

The specially designed wooden clinic room makes me feel relaxed as soon as I walk in. Iain is very approachable and down to earth, which makes me feel comfortable and at ease during treatments. He has a wealth of knowledge and I like that he is discerning of when to work more physically to manipulate muscles and when to have a more subtle approach through the use of acupuncture.

My first treatment with Iain in his specially designed ‘pod’ - very cosy it was in there too on a winter’s day. Mine was an ACC booking after I had a fall and pulled my shoulder. Iain was gentle but effective and moved around my upper body working on various areas to loosen me up. Felt much better afterwards. Felt in safe hands and he has such a friendly down-to-earth manner that he puts you at ease. Would choose him again. I like the boutique feel of it too. Comes from the joint massage / Osteo thing I guess - but you don’t get many osteopaths working in a coolly designed little ‘pod’.

Came in to see Ian injured and in pain from past injuries. Ian listens to the issues and really thinks about the best way to tackle the pain. No session is the same and in the past 3 weeks I have had relief all around and noticed the explosive power in the legs dramatically increase after a prolonged hip injury. Thanks Ian!
