n.From the moment you step foot in this place you are treated like a queen! All the ladies are amazing and so professional, you don’t have to worry about who you are seeing as they are all so skilled.
You will leave here feeling amazing! So glad I tried out this place, I am now a customer for life.
M.When I joined Caci, I had terrible acne all over my face - I had tried medication and over the counter face wash but nothing worked - until I went to Caci.
My skin is honestly glowing now - they took 'before' photos when I started going and I don't even recognize myself when I see them now - all of my breakouts and acne are gone, their Murad products really do work.
All of the staff are lovely but special mention to Leah who has great chat and always knows what my skin needs.
I always look forward to my appointments - the results are definately worth it! ❤

Their caring, warm, relaxed but very professional manner is second to none and I would highly recommend anyone who is in need of professional help for their skin or just a complete relaxing but beneficial treatment, to make a booking with Debbie and her team. I can not thank them enough for the transformations they have made, and I'm thrilled with the results. B.Wow, wow wow! What a brilliant experience from the moment you walk through the door. The whole team love what they do for starters, which shows in their passion for what they can offer. I admit I have had a lot of 'experiences' with various beauty enhancements (yes fine, needles are in there) and I have honestly never been so comfortable. The nurse Michelle has such a gentle hand, and really takes her time to make sure the outcome is perfect. Price wise, it is super affordable. Their plans mean that you can get things done NOW, Donna explains it and it's up to you what you want. A mention to the owner Debbie, she is so lovely, she came out to chat and see that I was happy, a really committed team that love what they do. I for one am excited that they are in Birkenhead....it's about time! See you next time ladies and thanks again !
T.I'm very self conscious of my body but Sarah Mae from Caci makes me feel so comfortable. She has the softest hands and gives these magical facials I just cant even deal. Also at reception to greet me was Debbie who is the owner she was just so friendly and remembered my name and also our last conversation which made me feel so at home. I've only been twice and already love this clinic and the staff.

Botox treatment they could only do one area because
Staff not trained to do both areas i had paid for but was assured they would be able to do it the following week
Then told it would be the next weekend. Today they call

Still unable to provide the service.i wouldn't recommend them. I am a very unhappy customer
Since i wrote this review a week ago i have made a 180 degree turn on my view of Cacci Birkenhead Debbie the owner has been wonderful pulling all the stops out to insure all my needs have been meet in every way possible.
