I started coming to Caci in January. I first met with the lovely Sandy who did my consultation. She is very warm and friendly and explains Botox in a way that makes you feel at ease. When I had my first appointment I was really nervous and she held my hand as I squealed like a big baby! Sally is a joy to see at the front desk. She will happily sit down with you for a little chit chat before your appointment :-) And Sarah the nurse is incredible. She has me in hysterics every time I see her! Her procedure is quick and as painless as possible. I have a real phobia of needles and somehow Sarah makes me feel relaxed enough to have my whole face injected. I’m not sure how she does it, she’s a genius. Brie and Chrystal who do the facials are super lovely too. They identify the treatment your skin needs and tailors the facial to suit your requirements. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Caci in Newmarket. They are the best!

The service and results are awesome. I've been seeing these guys for a couple of years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Sally, Sandy, Bree and Krystal are lovely to deal with.

Excellent service. Wonderful staff! Stunning results! I had severe and deep pimple scarring and CACI Newmarket suggested skin needling. I was very skeptical but after a full course of 5 treatments, I cannot believe the results! My skin looks so smooth, bright and plumper! Their reformaskin programme is also perfect to correct skin imperfections. I highly recommend them!

I went and saw Gina for a microdermabrasion yesterday, and I couldn't possibly rave more about the experience. I've had a lot of facials in the past where I've spent an hour having products I don't need pushed on me, or being told my skin is worse than it is just to rope me in to signing up for more treatments I don't need. So when I went to Caci, I was just after a nice relaxing facial that would hopefully leave my skin looking a little nicer. And that's exactly what I got! Gina was lovely, and the facial was totally relaxing (which microdermabrasion isn't always!). I left with nice, glowing skin, and my skin still looks great today. I wasn't pushed into buying products or treatments, so I felt comfortable and really enjoyed myself. I'll be back for sure!

I used to get my tattoo removal here which was great at the time. However dropping down to 3 star as they no longer do tattoo removal. That's all fine - however I had an appointment booked yesterday, no one had called me to let me know the machine was broken. I found out myself to be told the machine is getting fixed. Today I got a voice message from someone in the office saying "Sorry, the machine is not getting fixed we will no longer be doing tattoo removal. Google it and go somewhere else". Pretty rude for someone who's been going there for 5 years. Also FYI... you are still advertising tattoo removal on your website.

Been getting different facials at Caci Newmarket every 3-4 weeks for a year now. Its relaxing, educated and good service

I was treated to a free facial here and it was a great experience, beautiful product range, very relaxing, and very comprehensive service. Would definitely return and consider getting regular treatments here.
