你.This clinic is super recommend, I have tried to transfer my Gp to another Gp, and it take so long . In Caring clinic it was so quick to transfer here , and I can see Doctor Sim straight away, so easy and convenient! Doctor are very pro and helpful staffs and nurse are all very friendly and caring. I had blood taken here also and it did not hurt at all.
The place is very clean and calm.
s.Auckland has a new standard in exceptional vaccinations - fast, pain free and comes with a smile and a dash of humour - all I can recall in my dizzy state of happiness is room 3 - make sure u request ….🌈🙏👌🙃

They provide an excellent medical service with staff who really do seem to care.
The clinic also gave me complimentary acupuncture and cupping when I had a nasty bicycle accident a couple of years ago. I'll be forever grateful.
We've moved away from the city, but I haven't changed my doctors because the Caring Clinic is so good.
S.The nurses and doctors are very professional and friendly. All the staff are mandarin speakers. Walk ins also welcome. Highly recommended especially when you urgently need your medicals.
R.I came in as a walk in on Friday and they were very accommodating to my needs. They were able to fit me in despite the short notice and I was seen quickly. Both the nurse and Doctor I saw were very helpful and explained everything clearly. I definitely would recommend!
S.Literally the best GP clinic I've ever been to. Very easy to get an appointment, with no long wait on arrival. Reception, nurses and both doctors I've seen (Dr Liu and Dr Sim) were friendly, respectful and answered my questions thoroughly. M.So personable and efficient! The doctor was super knowledgeable and kind; I had a 9:45 appointment and arrived 15 minutes early, I was in and out of the office before my appointment was even scheduled to start with my prescription in hand!! Amazing, I would definitely recommend to anyone :)

X.I would give a overall 4 stars to this clinic. They offer good onsite service and the appointments are quite efficient.
However, the missing star is for the nurse giving insufficient/inaccurate information on the appointment with the public hospitals. I think the clinic should be more informative and accurate on what to bring and what to expect on the appointment. However, it wasn't really the case.
I was informed the procedures will happen on the first appointment, i was prepared but it didn't. I was not informed i should check in again with the resident visa, but the hospital required and caused me troubles.
When arriving at the hospital and everything is not as what you expect can cause a lot of stress plus the stress you already have for your problems. I hope this should and could be improved.
j.They really care for the patients. I should have transferred a bit earlier. Have been very dissatisfied with the services of my GP (especially to the very rude receptionist). The receptions and the nurses here are very nice, as well

E.I had a free appointment with a nurse. I waited until after they had my records transferred before making an appointment so I would not have to explain where I was coming from. She had clearly not read my notes. Suggested a raft of blood tests. Two of which I had had 5 days earlier. The others about a month earlier with no problems showing. On the plus side, the app they use is fantastic. I could see all my recent test results, prescriptions etc on my phone. I loved it.
E.Dr Sim explained everything very clearly, and was patient and kind and answered any questions I had. He also makes you feel very comfortable and at ease during your visit. The staff were also knowledgable regarding student insurance and claim policies, which really helped. Overall such a pleasant experience and would recommend this clinic to all!
C.First class clinic in the city centre. Modern, comfortable and well equipped. Dr. Jessie Liu and Dr. Ruoh Sim are caring and warm doctors. Reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Acupuncture and beauty service are also available. I can recommend highly.
B.My son got very sick while visiting Auckland. Made appointment went straight in they immediately gave him some medicine had him rest while we waited for Dr. To see him. Dr. Provided quick diagnosis, bacterial infection and provided him with the prescription right there in the office. Terrific care. If you are traveling from another other country and visiting Auckland bookmark their website and keep it handy should you need it.

B.Great location on Queen St close to where I work. I did not have to wait long to see the doctor. It's a very peaceful atmosphere with relaxing music playing. They now have other services available like acupuncture and counselling.

L.Nice clean , soothing environment , with background music when first time walk into clinic . It melts my anxiety and pain away . It’s a walkin appointment and I got seen very fast . Compare to all my previous experience no other doctors surgery can offer in city. Very detail explanation of my condition and instant solution to offer IV fluid onsite . Duty doctor gave me treatment options and respect my own decision . Had IV fluid and instantly rejuvenated and much more comfortable after treatment after couple of severe diarrhoea. Very appreciated for all the service . Save me a trip to hospital .
A.My baby had diarrhea the past days and we’d been in search for a good family doctor around the CBD. Visited Caring Clinic Doctors yesterday. True to its name, this clinic is being run by caring people. Far different from the other GP Practices we’ve scouted in the area. I felt Dr. Sim really cares and was very thorough in checking my baby. Right then and there, I decided he will be our family doctor from now on. The lady in the reception and the nurse I encountered were also very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this clinic to international students like me as well as moms looking for the best health advice and treatment for their kids or family.
S.Location is easy to find, love the environment, staffs are very friendly. Their price is a bit higher than other clinic but definitely worth the price. I've been to few different clinics before, would say Caring clinic has the best service.
M.Bad experience for my first time, I went to the clinic because I felt so unwell that my mind was blurr at that day. After arriving, staff prioritize your data instead of your state. Take at least ID and visa status and fill the rest later on would be greater. In addition, the medicine that doctor gave me was charged $20 from the original price is $5 because I got one from pharmacy so please if you try to charge someone please make sure it is not 4 times the price or give a prescription to the person and he/she can do his/herself. After taking the pill (certirizine), I got downside effects. To be honest, make sure to increase the consultation quality because I wasted my time and a lot money on it to get another health issue. Thanks to consider this as a constructive speech.

J.I was feeling very sick for skin infection and large boil like abscess wound on lower back . Had high fever and been off work for 2 days . Got fast appointment and received intravenous antibiotics after seeing doctor straight away . Thank goodness , I am now feeling much better .

一家非常好的医院。DR Sim是个非常专业的医生。护士技术也超好，打针，吊点滴一点都不疼。
我以前几乎从不看医生，突然想到看医生的时候，才发现身体一堆问题: 高血压，高胆固醇，低铁。医生护士都非常耐心，即使已经到诊所closing time，还很帮忙，紧急打补铁点滴，打完以后人当时就舒服很多。
由于血压实在太高，现在按医嘱，开始吃降压药，降胆固醇药，配合清单饮食和减肥，跟进看看效果。医生之前开的胃药非常有效的控制了我打嗝次数。很高兴找到了这家诊所。会继续跟进。

但是建议留学生要报保险的不要去 特别是买了orbit保险的 第一次去怀爱 学校就叫我下次不要去了 因为orbit不报销这家医院 ！！！ 去了之后和护士说了 她说是因为orbit是low cost 我去奥克兰医院急诊花了600多都报销了 这300多还不抱吗？？ 而且orbit明确写出了这家医院是因为私自卖药所以才被取消了 叫我去别家～ 反正买了obrit的要报销的就换吧 ～
