Sean is absolutely incredible! Fully expected them to take my chair away but the repair was done in less than 30 seconds in front of my house, insane! Did not even know office chairs like mine were fixable so thank you guys! Highly recommend :)

VERY IMPRESSED!! Exceptional service! Excellent communication from the get-go! And a very friendly upbeat well-prepared repairman, (big up's to Sean), arrived at our premises and had re-gassed all our old'ish chairs within in a matter of minutes as well as replacing 2x bases. I purchased a used Formway Life chair online a couple of weeks ago and it required reupholstering as well as a repair to the seat depth adjustor. I had fully expected the item to be taken away, and repaired over the course of a few days, however both jobs were completed in *less than three minutes*, on site, by a very well-prepared repairman. Quotes from other repair shops were either higher than Chair Doctors, or didn't communicate the same level of knowledge with respect to the model of chair I needed fixing. Very much recommended.
