J.I could not speak highly enough.of Dr Chand, she had been my doctor for3 years now , so caring supportive and professional, extremely helpful through a major health issue. I wouldn't want another doctor. Her professionalism is reflected in her wonderful helpful receptionist.
a.Dr. Chand is a very nice and humble lady ,Even the Receptionist was also warm welcoming and she has a great customer service skills.
I came with my Friend, I also got some problem in my thumb but she was so humble and explained me about my problem when she was busy with heaps of appointments. She treated us like her son so guys don't go with the bad review. One bad review can't define the whole race.

A.I have consistently received excellent care from Dr. Chand for the past 7 years she has been my GP. She is thorough and a great listener, and I have always felt at ease talking to her, irrespective of what the problem was.
This isn't a fancy new clinic, there are no bells and whistles, however you can expect to receive good honest medical care and that is what really matters. I have always found Dr. Chand's diagnostics and treatment to be spot on.
J.I've been a regular here for a couple of years now and have found both Dr Chand and receptionist Courtney to be very courteous and professional. I'd certainly recommend them.
A.I'm not sure if these other reviewers have this doctor confused with the one a few doors down (As I went there once and they were rude). Dr Shand is an amazing doctor. She treated me and my baby. The staff were always really accommodating with our last minute baby emergencies and she even called me back to follow up on how I was feeling! She's very straight-up, caring and understanding and was fantastic with my baby's immunisation shots. The staff are always really helpful and tolerant of having a noisey baby in the waiting room and there is handy parking out the back.
R.Ive been with Dr Chand for 17 years and found her to be a very knowledgeable Dr if she "didn't know her stuff" she would not be still practicing. She is highly regarded within the LGBT communities, I love the receptionist shes great, thank you Dr Chand :) I think people are confusing Dr Chand with Dr Wong 3 doors down, their receptionist is grumpy.
T.Dr Sulochana Chand has been both my families doctor and my own for going on 8 years now. I know when I approach her, she is thorough in her work and identifies the best way to get past what is ailing me. I would highly recommend this doctor for anyone that is in need of confidence in both their own health and their families. A+ all the way.
T.Good service and cheap price. Effective and friendly. Wait in the reception is an inconvenience but that is not a problem whatsoever. Want to be attended straight away so pay more. Congratulations for her who does a big service to the community for those who cant pay for a fancy clinic.

A.Excellent doctor. Unfortunately it seems many of the negative reviews are talking about the other medical centre next door from their description.
I guess people get a bad experience there and when they look for the place on Google Maps to review they find this place (as it's more prominent on Google) and not realise it's a different doctor.
