I have been coming here for a few years now, absolutely love coming here and feel pampered every time! The clinic is always nice and clean and the girls are very friendly and professional! I have been seeing Ashleigh for all my treatments and I feel very safe in her hands and anything she recommends!

I had my first session with Allie for laser hair removal on my face, it was quick, painless and hopefully I see results soon.

Great experience having laser treatments done. Sia has been amazing and is so friendly! Will definitely be coming back.

My work colleague and best friend recommended that i try out laser hair removal as she had been doing it for 2 years with Clear skin care (New MARKET. My first booking was with Kate and ever since I’ve been hooked.no more waxing/shaving. Just after few sessions, I was amazed with the result. my skin feels like a baby’s butt :), I actually can’t explain, how happy and grateful I am that I gave this a try. Most importantly, this happy experience wouldn’t be so happy, if Kate wasn’t my therapist, I highly recommend her to everyone, she is surely amazing. So thorough in her work you can tell she’s an expert.. I was once booked in with another therapist, i hate to say but she didn’t do a good job. I went back to Kate (problem solved). she took care of me well. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting laser. Super clean clinic, definitely the best in NZ.

I've been in to both the takapuna and newmarket clinics, and all the girls are AMAZING! As they're all experienced, i have seen most of the girls for a variety of treatments without a hitch. i initially walked in to newmarket to ask for treatment of my upper lip hair, but was so impressed talking to the girl on the desk that i have since completed the acne treatment as well as reduced my scarring on my cheeks. the ladies are really knowledgeable and the prices are really reasonable when you compare to other clinics around Auckland. highly recommend. thanks girls, see you soon!

First of all, I really like this clinic as they are professional and the treatments are amazing, which made me recommend it to some friends. However, they really should upgrade their client profile record system up to standards as now it is not. I purchased multiple sessions for a variety of treatments during various periods including laser, SGA and dermapen. When I did the purchase, they only asked me to sign a form and gave back an EFTPOS card receipt. I expected a following proof of purchase in any form, email or text, and there was none. 'But they are a big established business right?! I should give them trust to have the purchase record right in place.' I thought to myself and left the clinic. However on the day I did my laser and tried to book my dermapen session on the spot, the front desk lady told me she cannot find dermapen purchase in my profile. I was surprised and intending to stay in the clinic to get it sorted but the lady looked impatient, asked me to go and said she would further check. On the day I went for my dermapen, the same lady told me she still cannot find my dermapen purchase record and asked me to provide receipt to prove it..This is so unfair as Clearskincare HAS NOT provided any official confirmation for purchase in the first place ! And I had to do a screenshot of my bank statement which is a personal information Clearskincare had no place to ask for. Even though I did it, to the front lady it wasn't sufficient as the bank statement doesn't indicate what the transaction was for. Again she said she would look into it further. And something quite interesting happened, when I just finished my conversation, another customer went to talk to her about her missing record on the recent purchase as well! She was not happy as she said this had happened before! I am NOT writing this to condemn how bad you are or how disappointed I am for this incident. I'm writing to raise your awareness of this problematic record system which doesn't align with your growing business and great service. If you expect your customers to pre-purchase which takes our trust and money, at least get your back-end ready for it ! And please get my profile sorted soon, I hope the experience from now on is smooth and drama-free.

Clearskincare has changed my life and my sisters for the best. After spending 15 years waxing with constant ingrown problems and pain, i'm so glad i discovered laser which is both affordable and so effective. No more ingrowns, dark pores or hair to worry about and it's virtually painfree. Kate is my #1 therapist she knows her stuff, and if it wasn't for her i don't think these results would be possible. So thorough in her job she's like a ninja with the laser. Ask her anything to do with skin treatments, and she'll give you all the info you need, she pretty much knows everything. So annoying to read negative feedback i've been going here for 3 years + since it first opened and have had nothing but amazing experiences on over 36 occasions. I've been to clinics in Australia and NZ for laser and this is without a doubt the best. Don't waste your time and money going elsewhere. Thank you Kate and the Team. I know that you've pretty much lasered 100% of my body but i still will be back ! xx

Absolutely love this place! Not only the girls are providing an exceptional customer service, but also the products and services are without doubt working! I have done skin-gym (to get rid of my acne and remove scars) and laser treatment, can vouch for amazing results! Also their range of skin care products and make up is to die for! Keep up your good work, ladies!

I LOVE CLEARSKIN NEWMARKET! Yesterday I had the overnight peel and the lovely lady from Finland was my therapist. She spent time discussing the treatment with me and all the aftercare etc. I was quite concerned about the effects of the peel but have woken up today with absolutely no redness or peeling and my skin feels great! Can't wait to see results after a few more treatments :)

I've been going to CSC for 3 years and have 15 friends converted to their laser . Kate is my go to beautician she always does such a thorough job and is so knowledgeable. I've been to other places in the past but end up having patches missed or the hair doesn't fall out . At CSC they make sure it does and if it doesn't you can always come back for a touch up. Best clinic in NZ by far !

I've been getting SGA facial at CSC for 2 months now and I can DEFINITELY see a difference in my skin. Before, I had very bad acne, especially around my jaw and chin with new breakouts appearing pretty much every day. I have had 4/6 treatments so far and my skin has significantly changed. I'm no longer getting big blind pimples or little bumps of texture and my skin is no longer as inflamed. If anyone is thinking about getting SGA I could not recommend this treatment enough, the results are incredible. Make sure you plan for a couple of days of your skin being quite inflamed, bumpy and crusted after the treatment, and make sure you have quite a high pain tolerance as it is quite painful (worth it though). The only qualm I have is that I had a different girl do my treatments each time and their techniques vary quite a bit so CSC if you read this I think it would be great if there could be a bit of consistency with these treatments (not sure if it just changes with the more treatments you get?) Also if numbing cream was an option for this treatment that would be amazing. Aside from that the staff are always so lovely and chatty and willing to accommodate any requests. Thanks CSC!! Xx

I have been having acne for nearly a year now. Today I went for my first sga treatment. I was running late so they moved my appointment on request which was really helpful. The lady who did my treatment sophie, she was so nice, always making sure iam alright. Best service, clean clinic, face is feeling better already. Can't wait for my next appointment and see my results. Thanks guys

Nobody ever answers the phone at the Newmarket clinic. I was forced to book my appointment at the Eastridge clinic and when I got there I was told I was already booked at Newmarket. Seemed a bit ridiculous as no one picked up the phone when I called to make the appointment (the website had a glitch - It would show me an available time and then when I tried to book it would say not available).

The new clinic in Ponsonby is just amazing! Highly professional and friendly staff and really happy with my skin routine and results. Was paying a fortune elsewhere and am so happy I am now with Clear Skincare Ponsonby, thank you!

I'm surprised people have commented negatively about this! I got the laser pigmentation package. No anaesthetic as I was prepped for the pain, which isn't as sore as it is a strange feeling. I also bought the recommended cream afterwards. I had researched the key ingredient (hydroquinone) and the cream recommended was insanely cheap in comparison to other brands with the same ingredient. Any clinic that doesn't recommend it isn't really looking out for you. It was a catalyst at enhancing my pigmentation removal process and I can imagine the results would be reduced without it. I also bought a SPF30 moisturiser that didn't give me pimples. I used to buy Murad but I found Clear Skin Clinics products to be half the price, with no reduction in quality. I actually liked their pigmentation cream better than Murad. I feel like Clear Skin Clinic is under-rated and the effects of their products are underrated. I have had stuff done at Caci Clinic, but I prefer Clear Skin clinic. Also unlike Caci Clinic they have a doctor.

I have been going to Clear Skincare for over two years now. I am honestly so happy with the results! My favourite specialist there is Kate, she is very patient and always explains everything to me thoroughly !

The lady I deal with (Kate) on a regular basis is so friendly, and helpful especially if I need advice on certain products. Whenever I go in she's always with a client who comes out beaming. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work!
