K.Great centre with doctors who are very attentive and give you as much time is needed. I always leave feeling listened to and although it is a bit more expensive than some they provide high quality of care. Our family all go here. Reception staff have always been helpful. The nurses are angels, very caring and lovely people.
J.Very professional staff who took good care of my elderly friend in his 90's. Sound advice. Genuinely caring and considerate people. There is wheelchair access. There's a ramp from the carpark up into the building, with a pharmacy onsite also. It is expensive, even with a Community Services card, but you are paying for quality service. The reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because carparking can be an issue, depending on what time of day you attend. It is a busy place, but people are treated in a timely manner.
J.I went there to get a medical for my driving licence. As my visa was closer to expire, they said not possible to register me there. But they were ok to provide me with doctor meeting. And it was little expensive for me the fee just to see the doctor, but there was no guarantee that they could help me to have my required medical for the driving licence.
But reception officer was very very helpful and she tried to help me her best. I was very happy with the service as attending the matter and made their try for it. I made an appointment on other day as it was Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday there was no service for medicals issuing, so I had to come on week days on next week.
As there was several people waiting for their chance and it was friendly atmosphere, I felt that the medical center is a famous place in Howick town. Inside the medical center, it was very clean and they was a pharmacy too. Having good parking and next side of the road Stockade Hill, and from there having overlooking sea view, it was nicer.
J.Just want to say the nurses are amazing so proactive in helping even when things are a little out of the box .
As are the receptionist also really helpful, Doctors are great.
I deal with a very poorly elderly man, he is unable to just get into a car with someone and pop into the doctors, so Nurses, Receptionist and Doctors all understand and go that extra mile helping me to get him the help and scripts he needs, even in short notice. I just wanted to share this as they are awesome . Big thank you .

I didnt have to wait long, there is a wonderful complimentary coffee, tea including herbal station for patients. An area for children with books and activities. Clean & tidy.
