S.I arrived at the DHC just as they were closing for the evening. The lovely nurse Helen took me in anyway and provided a truly lovely experience. I was in a lot of pain, a bit woozy and quite uncomfortable, she did everything she could to make me feel as good as possible at that time. I've been back every few days to get dressings changed and the other nurses Ursula and Sarah have been lovely, gentle and caring. Thank you DHC team <3
t.Thanks SO much to the nursing team for a professional, efficient second jab where I felt confident I was in good hands and put at ease. I'd had a very bad first jab elsewhere. The practice manager who answered the reception phone explained their processes succinctly but also was understanding about my first jab issues, so had a nurse call me before my appointment (and I'm not an enrolled patient). Everyone at DH was empathetic and are making an amazing effort for their patients and community. Highly recommend getting vaccinated there!
I.I took my mother for her first Covid-19 vaccine here this week and was very impressed with team. Mum was well looked after and the nurses took their time with her. Thank you for your patience and thank you for offering this service locally. It makes life a lot more manageable when you can get vaccinated in your neighbourhood.
R.Nice clean clinic, very professional staff. I felt genuinely cared for. The nurses in particular were the best I've been treated by. My children, who are usually nervous at the doctors, where comfortable, calm and relaxed. Thanks Devonport Health.

I.I recently joined this GP practice and I am utterly amazed by their friendliness and how well they have looked after me as a patient. Dr. Brad, the nurses and reception staff are all wonderful, caring and professional. I highly recommend this practice.

L.I would thoroughly recommend. I was treated with such kindness and empathy, from the doctor, through to the friendly staff on reception.
E.My son visted here today but had to see a Dr Thomas Marks because his regular GP was away. The arrogance and bed side manner of this doctor was quite unbelievable. Firstly he scolded my son for being 10 minutes late saying how busy he was but then in the same breath said he wasn't actually busy! My son would have been quite happy to be rebooked as he took responsibility for arriving late. Then Thomas started pulling funny faces when my son asked for a repeat prescription which was for ongoing treatment which was organized by his original GP. Overall Thomas was just rude and abrupt and really shouldn't be a doctor if he makes his patients feel worse when they leave! (Have now changed my original one star to three stars as management was very good and contacted me straight away to apologise, thank you.)
