Went for a COVID test with the flat… I didn’t catch his name but our doctor but he was awesome. Super friendly, really gentle and over all lovely. Super quick too, didn’t wait long

Went here to book Covid test for overseas travel for my friend. Booking online was so easy as they are using a great software which we also use on our work. We have an option to drop our test to their lab for extra fast process as we do not have to wait for the courier to deliver the test at the end of the day. Test result was available just 12 hours before my friend's flight. Now my father will go and book overseas covid test with them soon.

I received incredible service from Doctor 360 when I needed a very fast turn around on a pre departure Covid PCR test. Fabulous service and care taken.

Had to have 4+ Covid tests in the last two weeks before/after a surgery and the doctors at this clinic have always been amazing. Shino at the front desk is so organised and helpful as well. My results have always come back within 24 hours. Would give more than 5*s if I could 😊.

Had a covid swab, completely scared after the last experience, DR Bryan was amazing. Re-assuring and quick. Booking an appointment was easy and communication was exactly how is reflected on website. Highly recommend.

I came here for a pre-travel covid test after it was recommended to me by other travellers. I was worried about not receiving the test in time to satisfy the Canadian government’s guidelines. The staff at the clinic made me feel relaxed and comfortable and I felt confident leaving my fate in their hands. They are very professional and I would recommend coming here for a travel clearance test.

Extremely helpful staff!! I needed to get my PCR test done to travel; They followed up with the lab to get the results issued in time for my flight and even arranged for a doctor to come in during the after hours to do the swab. I'm beyond grateful to Doctor360 :)

Wonderful office visit experience for an American getting exit covid test. Doctor Lucien was very personable and caring. The staff was very friendly and the office was very nice and in a great neighborhood in Auckland. Thanks for the excellent experience.

Very happy with Doctors advise, listened to my situation I mentioned prefer natural remedies & don't like needle's, ordered blood testing, discussed my par results then prescribed a 3 month TRT plan. Very happy this is a all natural TRT plan & ready to implement pending prescription delivery obviously coupled with good diet & training... I'm excited to team up with Doctor360 to help smash my 2021 fitness goals. Looking forward to see doc in my next visit in a few months

Just done my Covid-19 Fit to Fly with Doctor360 this week 27Apr21, First class service, great communication, they can't control the lab's but they manage everything around the lab to maximum efficiency. I got a morning test and they made sure it was on the morning courier to the lab, no messing around and results back the next day as a result - they followed up to ensure I had the results and no questions etc. Their FTF certificate was much clearer statements etc than the one I had from the UK which the airline check-in staff had had to hunt for the info on... Doctor360 nailed this entire process with no stress and their cost of service was no higher / in fact cheaper than some others. Safe Travels everyoen.

I visited for pre departure covid-19 test for flight. They are very kind and friendly to make me clear the process as I was full of anxious about the test only available just before 72hours. They replied to my question quickly everytime, so I could make certification in enough time. Reception girl speaks perfect Japanese and has charming smile which made me comfortable. Are you leaving the country during Covid and need a PCR RT test? Then, look no further this place. From the great attention to detail and attitude on the first call to the point of our results the service and process is seamless and professional. We are traveling to Costa Rica via originally Brazil, and now Spain. Our requirements were changing rapidly, the test was around the holiday so timing was incredibly difficult, and I was stressed the F out... To be fully clear... I felt cared for, and that I had a team on my side to successfully navigate timing and requirements. Our doctor was pleasant, professional, careful, and patient. What more could you ask for? I found my doctor's office any time I am back in New Zealand. 6 stars if I could.

Went to the clinic to get my pre departure covid swab, the staff at doctor 360 is extremely courteous helping and are thorough professionals. They are very attentive and respond real quickly with ones queries over call and email during these covid times. Highly recommend the clinic for their good work.
