H.Absolutely love Ellerslie Medical Centre, all of the Doctors and staff here have always been incredibly helpful and go above and beyond. Especially right now as they battle huge COVID numbers, they make such a huge effort to see and talk to their patients and provide ongoing support. We are soon moving out of the area and will be really sad to not have Ellerslie Medical as our go-to anymore. All the very best to all the staff there, we appreciate you!
S.Dr. Rachel - there are no words to describe how lucky we are to have you as our GP. Such a humble personality and very very polite. We really appreciate you going out of our way to help us ( first time parents to be). Thank you once agin for being so awesome
D.Andrea has been our family doctor since I was a child. My last appoint with this GP was in 2011 before I moved to California. After returning and moving to the shore, I haven't been there since then or made any form of communication.
I called today for immunisation information and receptionist Bernadine was more than helpful, and the nurse Kerry that I was transferred to went over and above to retrieve the information I needed which my current GP couldn't get for me or would make time to retrieve.
If I didn't live so far away I would still be registered here. They still treated me with respect and for that I would give them 10 stars. Thank you so much for your time and effort!
E.Have been a patient at Ellerslie.Medical Clinic for many years. All doctors and reception staff are very friendly and efficient.
I would not think of changing to any other doctor
R.Dr Norm was anything but the norm. I’ve never had a doctor who was so attentive and proactive in his care - making sure he took every step to find the most efficient way forward. He even took the time to call twice after my consultation to make sure I was recovering as planned. Never had a GP exercise such good patient care - proud to now call them my local GP’s.
g.They are all exceptional and very kind. I took my daughter for a checkup and dr. Norman saw that something was wrong with me, he asked to visit me, and I was immediately sent to the hospital. Three days later they exported the gallbladder that was about to burst. Thanks for saving my life.
A.Fantastic service. Love the fact that you can book an appointment online or just walk in. No issue with getting an appointment the same day. All the Drs and nurses are amazing, and so good with kids as well. So glad they are my Drs and have recommended them to others who agree that their service is top notch.
S.Had a pretty good experience here. I'm usually scared of Docs but Dr. Norman made me feel comfortable and he listened very patiently. Nurse Melinda was absolutely amazing sooo patient with me, am no longer terrified of a blood test if it's with the same nurse. Great doctors and nurses

M.Excellent service. Unfortunately as a tourist had to pay a lot to see a doc for 2 minutes compared to the cost for a nurse to do my dressings. However that is the going rate but makes me appreciate the UK NHS.
Would definitely recommend here though if local

M.While their hours say 5:30 the doctors won't necessarily see you if you turn up after 5pm - even if the Open sign is still viewable on the door. Probably not a great centre if you are working parents trying to get your kids to the doctor. They don't take appointments.
