J.I have just had my facial with Deb at Facetime. Her professional manner and caring nature immediately put this "senior citizen " at ease and gave me confidence to accept her recommendation and advice for my skincare.
Her scalp massage the best I have ever had, likewise the neck and shoulder.
Mel and the friendly staff at Facetime and their customers are fortunate to have Deb on the team. Looking forward to my next appointment ☺

J.I went to Facetime the other day to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted for the very first time! When I came in, I was greeted by the staff with warm smiles. My eyebrows were done by Olivia whose nice and friendly demeanor reassured me that my eyebrows were in good hands. I am very happy with the outcome. It wasn’t overdone at all, and it looked natural. 10/10 would come back.
N.As a savy skincare consumer, I research, analyse and like to find the best of the best. Facetime Skin Clinic is my one stop shop, they stock highly effective products and even better, take the time to explain which product would be best for me and why (and I like to know the why!).
I feel very comfortable with all the staff and Mel is super friendly and genuine. Sometimes these skincare places can be a bit intimidating (especially when they're good ones), but this clinic feels so comfortable and relaxing. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

A.I have been receiving various skincare treatments over the last 1.5 years. I look forward to this every month as Mel always makes sure I am given the most appropriate treatment for my current skin issues. I have lost a substantial amount of weight over the last 12 months and have experienced no facial skin deteriotion. I am 55 years old so consider this a remarkable result. The salon is lovely and the equipment employed is state of the art. I recommend FaceTime Clinic to anyone serious about serious skincare improvements

C.Always feel very welcome here which is a nice change from other beauty clinics. FaceTime is my go to for my lash lift and has been for over a year now. One time I wasn’t too happy with my lift and they were quick to fix the problem and then some. Lovely group of girls! 10/10 recommend :)
J.Thrilled to have found this amazing clinic! Mel is the most talented therapist I have come across and I have been trying to sort my skin out for decades. My skin is prone to hypersensitivity and cystic acne. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars, taken countless medications (some incredibly harsh) and many many remedies (some more dubious than others). On a whim, I looked up FaceTime after walking past one day and was intrigued by the reviews from some who described the great results they achieved while working with Mel and many of them sounded like they might have complex skin like I do. Meanwhile, yet another dermatologist was telling me the solution is another round of Oratane and I just felt like I couldn’t go there without at least trying one more solution, so I gave it a go. So far, I’m seeing results much sooner than I expected (after all this has been going on a very long time) and I am beyond impressed. Mel is teaching me how to care for my skin internally and externally and I’m already seeing major changes. She is particularly good about not overloading me with products and just getting me started on what will be the best for my skin right now. Not only is Mel great, everyone I encounter at FaceTime is warm and welcoming which was not what I expected based on experiences at similar looking businesses. I am so grateful to have stumbled across this gem of a place and the kind and knowledgeable people who work at FaceTime.

K.Once again FaceTime never fails to please. This clinic is truly a cut above the rest. I’m not one to write reviews normally but this clinic certainly deserves one. You are always guaranteed the same therapist as long as you book ahead because they are so popular, and you are always guaranteed visible results. Mel and her team are amazing technicians and have a deep knowledge of the physiology of skin and make it their business to keep up to date with the latest technology and always have your best interests at heart. Today I have had an eyebrow tint and am eyelash lift (which includes an eyelash tint.) The results are gobsmacking. A lash lift Is when they curl ones lashes. Akin to a “lash perm I “ would say. I have very sensitive eyes and it didn’t hurt nor irritate at all. The results are amazing I know of no other clinic that does this. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. The team are friendly professional and experienced and extremely knowledgeable . They seem to always be studying after hours for the best treatments.As a healthcare professional I feel so safe in their hands. They truly know their stuff.Thank you Mel and team. Karen

J.I love coming to FaceTime for my regular facials and IPL treatments. I came just yesterday + was treated to their new Light Lounge as well - such a fantastic idea ! You can pop in for a quick brow touch up and Healite which leaves you feeling relaxed and glowing. A great midweek pick-me-up 😍

Every facial I've had here is the best for my skin as it plumps up my face as well as banishes my acne and skin issues, Mel is very kind and talks through everything she is doing, I've had treatments at various clinics around Auckland including Caci, About face and East day spa and FaceTime is by far the best for long lasting results!
