M.I had an amazing experience today. The appointment started on time, I was greeted by James Baxter who thoroughly listened to my problem, he then explained in detailed what has happened (in medical terms) and how can I be supported to get better. I left the appointment happy, hopeful and with a sense that I am being looked after. It made my day.
K.The appointment was great. Keegan was efficient and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything he was looking at and thinking could be causing the issues I was having. I appreciated the extra detail on the underlying biomechanics too. Overall great experience - looking forward to getting the orthotics and giving them a try! :)

Facilities. Perhaps better signage of your facilities at your front gate for customers trying to locate you.
The clinic treatment I received was very professional and my issues and proposed treatment clearly defined by Brian Koh.
A.I had a consultation with 2 podiatrists as one was new to Foot Mechanics. Both podiatrists were extremely professional and worked extremely well as a team, listening to everything I had to say and responding with useful expertise.

A.OMG - someone who knows what I'm talking about! Great to see a professional, get professional advice, and escape without actually needing any further follow up or treatment or new orthotics for at least a year. Nice feeling. So therefore I'm inclined to possibly give biased feedback based on my elated emotions when I left the building. Just kidding, would definitely recommend Brian and Foot Mechanics. Thank you so much.
S.Brian was really great at explaining what was happening with my foot, what we can do going forward and setting a realistic expectation for my future of running going forward. He managed to explaining things in a way that was technical but i could easily understand. It was a really help full first session.

Had to make several calls to receive my exercises and the call center was often busy and didn't answer.
Facilities were great. However, couldn't find any "Foot Mechanics" signage so it was difficult finding the office from the car park.
Brian Koh was great. Very knowledgeable and gave me confidence I was in good hands. 10/10 would recommend.

R.James Baxter was amazing! All staff were very friendly and made me feel super comfortable.
J.I had the best experience because my podiatrists was super friendly and kind. He keeps asking me if I am alright with what he is doing. He also makes sure that I am understanding what he is saying to my mum so that my mum doesn’t have to tell me everything I can just do it.

I’m under ACC and been advised the treatment was free. Imagine my shock when I was asked to pay a surcharge of $75! Therefore I’d like to suggest when booking an appointment that people are advised at that time so as to not be upset like me.
I’m happy to pay as long as I’m aware of it and why.
