R.I always have a great experience when I visit the clinic.
Dr Charlotte Rea is my consultant. She is so great . I feel so comfortable as her being my GP.
My last visit this week seeing her I was also helped by another wonderful person at this practice.. Nurse Kirsty. You both made my visit soo relaxed and comfortable. .. and the reception ladies too... cant boast enough of this practice.
A.I think we have been going to FBMC for 7 yrs now. We actually moved to the north shore 3yrs ago and haven’t and wont change practices! The doctors, nurses and reception staff are all incredible. So pleased to have received the recommendation to go there in the first place 😊
S.Very nice travel clinic with great staff and very professional.
S.I have had great experiences here with most of the doctors but I know that it can depend on your issue and which doctor you choose. Dr Steeper was one of the kindest and most understanding doctors that I have encountered in a long time. I also think Dr Dale is great and my partner likes Dr Coen.
D.Love the doctors not sure about how stiff some of the receptionists are..lighten up ladies...there no Covid in NZ..

L.My partner has been under the care of Dr Coen for the last few months during his Palliative cancer journey . We could not speak more highly of his compassion, knowledge of Palliative care, dedication and advocacy. He even organised a home visit with Hospice so as to work well as a team.We feel very blessed to have been under his very special care .
E.Staff here from greet to consultation are super friendly, thorough, compassionate and always go the extra mile. Thank you 💖
