The locum doctor today was great! He provided great care to my children. I am impressed with his thoroughness and sincerity. I wish Dr Norton will be a regular in Highland Park Med.

Booked in to get a couple of covid tests here. Everyone was so lovely, caring, and safe. The nurse who came out to my car for the test did a great job and was efficient. Best of all there was no wait time as I was booked in. I didn't know this was a service until my phone appointment with my doctor. I was also impressed that doctors and nurses were calling clients to see how we were going. Great service at this practice and the sister practice at Marina medical.

Thanks to the team at Highland Park Medical for a very efficient and seamless experience when I visited recently for both my first and second Covid-19 vaccinations. I was in and out in no time and well looked after! A highly recommended clinic!

this was my first visit to Highland Park Medical Centre and I was so impressed with the practice from the moment I stepped through the front entrance. I was warmly greeted by the front-desk staff, there was a lovely waiting area and everything was so well organised. The nurse was very friendly and gave me loads of confidence in the whole team.

My family and I have been with them for some years. They are devoted to the care of their patients. Striving at every turn to provide the best care to us. Thank you

Highland Park Medical have great staff that are always super efficient and friendly. I had to get a COVID test this afternoon and was there and home in 5 minutes. The nurse that did the test was really friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so pleased I moved to this practice 2 years ago.

My husband and myself have been patients at Highland Park Medical Centre for many years and have always been impressed with the professionalism and care shown to us by all of the staff 100% of the time. During the last year and a half with Covid upon us they have exceeded our previous experiences and care by offering both Covid testing and Covid vaccination. This has all been done so easily via phone calls to/from the receptionists or nurses and bookings for both... The Covid test I had done months ago was so easy... I turned up at the back of the building as per my appointment, a staff member came out did the swab and off I went to isolate till I got my results. Again they were very proactive with the Covid vaccinations and we were promptly booked in for both appts which went smoothly. I also feel very safe when attending the clinic out of lockdown as signing in and mask wearing is mandatory. We cannot thank the entire staff at Highland Park Medical enough... we feel safe in your hands and so totally appreciate your forward thinking and professionalism . Joanne and Joseph Senior

Needed a covid swab, and rather than wait a long time at Botony testing centre, I messaged my GP via myindici. One of the nurses called me this morning, gave me a time to attend. Easy & quick - drive up, phone and nurse comes out in PPE. Very friendly and efficient. Great service :)

This has been my local GP for the last 26 years and I have always enjoyed the friendly staff and prompt service. And now during the COVID-19 pandemic with their ability to Vaccinate and do COVID tests it’s even more reason to love the team here going the extra mile to care for and protect the people of Howick, Pakuranga, Botany Downs and Highland Park. Was very easy to book a consultation with a doctor over the phone and to book a Covid Swab and to get an appointment for the Swab at a particular time means no queuing like at the testing stations, saves so much time!

A lovely and welcoming centre that goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are taken care of! Thank you Highland Park Medical for your diligent services and amazing staff! :)

Great place, great practice. Very friendly and very welcoming. We had an emergency injury, with a large hook stuck in someone's hand, their GP was very professional and managed to do a superb, clean job of removing it safely. It healed very quickly because of that! Thanks once again to your team : )

Have changed to this medical practice. Very happy. The staff made me feel welcome and the doctor had a very caring and professional attitude. Excellent parking and a good pharmacy next door . Also had X-ray on site. UPDATE - great to see my practice doing COVID vaccines - fantastic !

My elderly parents have both been patients at Highland Park Medical Centre. They would like me to pass on that the service they received was amazing and they were incredibly well looked after. My Dad is hard of hearing and he said everything was always explained well, clearly and with all the detail he needed. They've now moved in to a residential home and so no longer attend.

Excellent medical centre. I was impressed with their service. I was seen really promptly. The staff were lovely and compassionate. The doctor was really helpful and gave me great advice. I highly recommend using this practice!

A wonderful greeting by the receptionist, no waiting time for my vaccine, nurse was very nice and gently efficient, Covid vaccine now complete, I am just so thankful, amazing service thank you.

We have been attending this clinic for 11 years and we are as happy as can be for choosing them when we first arrived in NZ. They have been nothing but the best! Dr Hyland specially, is an amazing doctor, but everybody else, receptionists, nurses, doctors are all so diligent and always try to sort things out in the best and smoothest way possible.

They provide a really great service to us their patients, very well organised with a great drive through covid testing capability, nurses were just fantastic, really easy!!

I have experienced excellent care at this practice, all the medical staff are very good and genuinely care. I see there is now a pharmacy next door which is very handy and a lot of new parking.

I go to Dr Lydia Siew and she is extremely lovely to deal with. Professional and knowledgeable. The nurses are very friendly and kind. And the staff at reception are also delightful.

recently moved to highland park medical and I've found them to be nothing but professional and friendly. I love the fact you can order you're repeat medication online and if you do forget they can send it direct to the Pharmacy for you.

booked an appointment for my daughter 's Hyper B the 2nd immune injection,but today when i went there ,they told me that its not available and let me go home and will call me when its available, we are not talking about if it will affect the immune result, we are not so hurry but why they could not call me earlier ,and i think the staff are rude!
