K.Never have I ever experienced a more professional and caring doctor. The whole practise is lovely beyond any doctors I've ever been to. I cannot recommend enough
M.Called around 9am to get an extension on a prescription, was told by the receptionist Pip that she would get it from the doctor. Pip advised she would fax it through to the Pharmacy on the other side of Auckland, but failed to do so. I did not find out until I had arrived that evening to collect my medication. I was surprised when the Pharmacist said there was no prescription waiting. Doctors are great, reception not such great service.
T.I have been seeing Ivan and John my whole life and never disappointed with my visits. Extremely friendly and helpful, as are the nurses and receptionists. Wonderful place to go when you're under the weather 👍🏼
